Pros:

間違って禁煙室を予約してしまい喫煙室に変えて貰ったのですが、なんだか申し訳ないことしたなって思いましたが、対応も良くしてもらい有難かったです。バナナジュース美味しかったです！あれは最高ですね👍

２日目、清掃頼んだのに19時30分に帰ってきたらゴミも取ってなく、まったく清掃されてなかった、信じられない。

AVOID AT ALL COSTS RUN AWAY!

I didn't sleep a single wink in this incredibly dirty nightmare of a hotel. The entire place smells horribly musty and looks at least 30 years old. Cleanliness is non-existent: the floors were full of hair, and I found a dead cockroach (see my attached photo). I even found another insect crawling right on my bed! The staff was extremely rude, and they played bizarre, unsettling music that made the vibe even worse. Save your money and look elsewhere do not ever book a room here.

お風呂が最高。
Pros:

部屋もお風呂もとにかく広い。中でもお風呂がとても良いです。広いきれい多機能。ジェットバスで泡風呂もできます。あとアメニティが多くてアロマやリラックスグッズも使えます。フェスで泊まるところがなく使いましたが疲れが吹き飛びます。

Cons:

基本きれいで広いのですがわたしが泊まった部屋がたまたまかもですがウォッシュレットがどうやっても動きませんでした。あと靴べらが折れていて残念。そういうところからなんとなく掃除大丈夫かなとか思ってしまいました。
