事前に確認したにもかかわらず、チェックイン時刻にスタッフが誰もおらず、チェックインが出来ずに1時間以上野外同然の場所で待たされ、電話でかなりグレードダウンした部屋に案内された。アフターフォローでも支配人が明確な嘘をついていた。絶対に許さない。

宿泊費用安くするにはいいけど、清潔感が無くて落ち着かない。
Pros:

駅近くコンビニも直ぐに見つけられます。静かな小さな公園のベンチで缶コーヒーを飲んでのんびりした。
フロントにいる背の高い外国人の男性は親切で優しいし、日本語を流暢に話されます。
シャワーバスタブがあるシャワー室が一つありました。

Cons:

載せている写真と全然違った!ちょっと悪質ではないでしょうか…
バジェットシングルは良いと思いますが、エアコンが設置されている所の壁とドアの上が空いているので隣の部屋から話し声が聞こえて来て寝れなかった。
夜中１時頃〜4時シャワーとドア閉める音が響く騒音がすごい。
たぶんもう泊まる事は無いと思う。

２泊予約しましたが、１日目で出ました。正直返金していただきたいくらいです。
Pros:

ロケーションは駅からのアクセスも良く、便利。スタッフはにこやかでした。

Cons:

周りが気になるので、「個室」を予約した。確かに個室ではあるが天井に人も通れるような通気口があり、プライベートもセキュリティーもないような状況でした。壁はほこりだらけ、お風呂も清潔感が全くありませんでした。

スタッフさんの対応が本当によかったので直接言うのは躊躇ってしまいました。

物腰柔らかく対応してくれる方達でした。

Cons:

お部屋をもう少し綺麗にしてもらいたい。
部屋と部屋の壁が薄いので音漏れします。
2回の1室(208)号室は真隣に共有のシャワールームがあるのでシャワー入られてしまうとうるさ過ぎて寝るとかそういう問題ではないのでそこだけ注意して下さい。

When I checked in at Shinjuku Sky Hostel, it was dirty and unsafe. There was nowhere to store my laptop or passport, and the bathrooms were so dirty I was afraid to take a shower. There were bright lights in the dorm until the middle of the night so I could not sleep. I stayed one very uncomfortable night and asked to be refunded for the next night but they. I was also charged 600 yen each day for breakfast. In the morning I was offered a cup of instant noodles. I took photos of the dirty dorm, which had holes in the walls. I rebooked for the night a different hotel even though I was refused a refund. Being able to sleep through the night, and being able to leave your belongings securely--these things are bare minimums. Charging 600 yen for a cup of instant noodles and calling it breakfast is ridiculous.

The dorm was brightly lit until the middle of the night. The walls and surfaces were grimy and there was a hole in the wall. I was charged 600 yen for breakfast, which turned out to be a cup of instant noodles. I stayed one very uncomfortable night and asked to be refunded for the next night but they refused to refund me. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I have stayed at many hostels in Japan in the past and they were clean and lovely, so I was shocked that this place was such a slum.
