Friendly place overall. Host (who speaks good English) and staff were really helpful, very patiently assist me to buy train tickets using the local app. Facilities like full equipped kitchen and laundry easy to access. Room and bathroom clean and nice. Layout of the property very pleasant and spacious.

タクシーはつかまりやすく、宿のすぐ前まで来てもらえる。受付の女性は二人話したが、どちらの方も流暢な英語を話し、非常に愛想が良く親切だった。
ドミトリーのベッドにはコンセントが1つ。鍵付きロッカーはないがベッドの中に扉付きの棚のようなものがある。
ドミトリーに宿泊したが、ベットの中ではネットがつながりづらかった。共用のwifiがあるかもしれないが、部屋内に掲示は無し（あまり必要なかったので、受付にはwifi有無を確認していない）。
トイレが2つあるうち、1つは水が十分流れず扉も閉まりづらかった。
また、夜は寝室のエアコンが切られていた。部屋は風が入ってきて涼しいが、ベッドの中までは風が流れてこないので少し暑かった。自分でつけようかと考えたが、リモコンは見つからなかった。。
Amazing hostel! The dorms are clean, very comfortable, optimised and spacious. The kitchen is clean, the staff is lovely and speaks fantastic English. The location is central but quiet with many restaurants. Perfect to chill after the Pamir Highway.
Not that social, it was not an issue for me as I wanted to chill, but it was quiet.
Late check in was great and room big.

Очень чисто, тихо. Брали номер на двоих - номер небольшой, но уютный, всё есть (душ, кондиционер), удобные кровати. Администраторы очень приятные, вежливые. Бесконечная благодарность Кларе эже 😊❤️ за помощь с организацией экскурсии

The staffs were very helpful and supportive. Rooms are clean and spacious, lots of open space in this property. They have nice kitchen which is very helpful for people like us. They helped to have smooth check in/out and they provided support taxi to airport.
And room rates are very less and best in that area

The hostel itself is very pretty and has a very nice look to it. It's relatively close to the main attractions of Osh and is located very close to stores and cafes. The hostel was also social!
The staff took a little while for me to warm to, but in the end they were friendly and mostly helpful.
The beds are amazingly comfortable, albeit a bit challenging to get into if you're in the top bunk (I nearly fell off the narrow steps once or twice).
Overall, a very enjoyable hostel experience.
Check in was a bit of an issue. They seemed to have misplaced my booking and had me wait for quite a while before the issue was fixed.
Also, there really isn't much of a common space. There are three very uncomfortable chairs in the main patio area and a table tennis table tucked away to the side. Not awful by any means, but definitely could be improved.
Immaculate. One of best hotels ever stayed in.
