Good value for what's included
Pros:

Breakfast included and staff was very nice.
Every day new clean towels and pajamas

Cons:

It is a love hotel (that's why it's adult only). So every time you want to enter or exit the room, you just call reception. Not possible to get the key. It is 15min walk to nearest train

La décoration de l'hôtel était incroyable, que ce soit de l'extérieur, l'intérieur ou la chambre !
Le personnel est très attentionné.
Des produits pour bains + friandises sont en libre service à l'accueil.
Dans la chambre, les équipements (baignoire, douche, toilettes, miroir, lit, table, réfrigérateur, etc.), accessoires (serviettes, chaussons, pyjamas, yukata, pour les cheveux, etc ) et produits (soins, savons, shampooing, lotion, etc.) mis à disposition étaient vraiment très complets.
Le petit déjeuner compris était très bon et varié.

Cons:

L'emplacement n'est pas idéal, mais reste raisonnable pour accéder facilement au centre de Kyoto.

Pros:

Everything. Great price on rooms, the rooms were sensational and very quiet. Staff were fantastic and gave us a free room upgrade.
Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The rooftop spa wasn't available but thats ok it didnt dampen our stay.

Didn't expect this but should've read the other reviews... Still enjoyed it!
Pros:

The breakfast served to your room, the huge shower and bubble bath, the size of the room.

Cons:

The fact you have to ask to get out of the room, the smell of cigarette, the look/feel of the way to get there.

予約した部屋が施錠故障とインターホンが使えない状態だったが、部屋を変更してくれたが、その部屋も不具合があった‥トイレ、風呂場の換気扇が故障していて使えなかった‥また予約の際に支払いをカードで設定したのに、チックアウトの際に料金を請求された‥何回かこのグループを利用したが、初めての(請求)事だった‥宿泊先のシステムが変わったのか❓

Fantastic room was exactly as advertised
Pros:

The room was exactly as advertised and the facilities were top-notch. As an adult only location, you have to call to get in and out of the room, so be aware this is a standard requirement. The provided breakfast was excellent, and all the amenities made the stay extremely pleasant.

Cons:

Finding the location was difficult, as the location on booking.com took us to another hotel with a similar name down the street. Luckily, there was someone to direct us to the correct location, but as there are about 5 hotels with "Lotus" in the name, be aware of which one you booked to make sure you enter the correct one.
Also, it should be mentioned that the entrance is inside the center of the carpark, so you have to walk in through the drive way, which no one else mentioned, but this may be a standard for the hotel type.

Nous avons tenter deux fois l experience du love hotel au japon une fois a tokyo ou c ete un peu gloque dans un hotel defraichi mais a kyoto tout l inverse, super hotel moderne propre avec de super equipement et en plus le rapport qualité prix est imbattable pour les prestations proposées.
