Pros:

房間空間大，浴廁乾濕分離，空間也十分大。
位置非常近日本橋站，方便。
距離難波也可用地下街直通，用走的去搭南海電鐵也很方便。

Cons:

雪櫃冰格不夠冰，
放雪糕冰品熬不了多久，
不過我都是暫放一下，所以沒影響。

洗面所、浴室で排水口が臭う。(いわゆる下水臭い)おそらく、建物の排水管と洗面所や浴室什器の管の接合部の始末がきちんと行われていない様子。水道屋の手抜き。マンションやアパートでよくある不備です。早々の改善を望みます。

Pros:

繁華街にすぐに行けるアクセスは便利。コンビニも徒歩1分以内なので、とても助かります。
出入りも鍵をかけて、エレベーターもすぐに来ますし、16時チェックインの11時チェックアウトと、非常に便利。
アメニティも十分揃っていて、特に化粧水と乳液は助かりました。

Cons:

最初から2名で予約しておく必要がある点です。
大人専用のホテルのため、コンパニオンなどの利用もあり得るのですが、通常の専用ホテルと違い、後から急に1,500円/人を請求されます。
これは注意書きでサイトやホテル側が記載すべき内容で、とても悲しい気持ちになりました。
金額の大小に関わらず、意図しない支払いや納得感が少ないものは非常に残念な気持ちになります。結果的に素晴らしい大阪旅行の1つの傷になりました。

Pros:

Location is perfect for food, shopping, transport, and attractions, drop off luggage service was provided. Credit to the staff who patiently assisted me fixing my kimuno.

Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da. Dieses mal haben wir als Gäste, die mehrere Tage bleiben, ein abschließbares Zimmer bekommen. Ich denke, dass viele sich darüber freuen weil es komfortabler ist als immer an der Rezeption anzurufen wenn man raus möchte. Auch der Check-Out morgens um 04:00 Uhr hat super funktioniert. Man ist wirklich bemüht dort.
Für Touristen, die nur Englisch sprechen, ist es empfehlenswert, eine Translator-App bereit zu haben, damit es keine Missverständnisse gibt.

Aber hey: Die Lage ist absolut genial, die Preise sind unschlagbar und es gab neben modernen Toiletten auch kostenfreie Pflegeprdoukte auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Es befindet sich eine riesige Baustelle direkt nebenan, Das gesamte Gebäude wird aktuell abgerissen. Dadurch kommt es tagsüber zu Lärmbelästigung. Da es aber ohnehin kein Hotel ist, wo man tagsüber aufs Zimmer geht, hat uns das nicht gestört. Die Arbeiten gingen glücklicherweise auch nie vor 08:00 Uhr morgens los. Für die Baustelle kann das Hotel auch nichts. Störend ist es für manche aber dennoch...
