Pros:

ロケーションが良く、スタッフの対応も素晴らしく良かったです。

Cons:

チェックアウトの時最初カウンターに1人しかいなくて、外国人の対応が忙しかったようで待っていました。
もう1人のスタッフが来た時に後から来た人を先に対応していました。
見える位置で待っていたのに最初のスタッフも翻訳アプリで話すのが忙しかったようで後から来たスタッフに伝えてくれませんでした。
ほんのちょっとの事ですが、チェックアウトまではとても良かったのに残念です。
部屋に近くに自動扉があり音がうるさくて気になっていました。

Pros:

I had a very good stay at Smart Stay. Although it was only a night, the experience was very positive. The location is excellent, just a 5 min walk from the train station, especially convenient for traveler arriving from Narita Airport. The surrounding area is vibrant and well equipped, with a wide selection of restaurants, kombini, and various amenities within walking distance. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for it convenience and accessibility, and I would rate my stay 4 out of 5

ドライヤーも7.8台あったので混み合うことなく利用できてよかった

キャリーケースも別の場所にロックをかけて置いておける使用だったので人のにぶつかることなく利用できた

Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi e coi mezzi.
Spazio per i bagagli e disponibilità di sauna e bagni caldi e freddi.
Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Ogni tanto dal condotto dell'aria entrava odore di fumo di sigaretta.

Too modern, too rigid
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Amazing location for Ueno Park

Cons:

Very systematic with wrist bands to unlock doors, trade in wristband for shoe locker key, pay using machines. Too rigid and formal. Staff barely spoke English but did have translator devices. If tattooed they say you cant use the shower facilities. Due to " "culture" in other words discrimination systematized. Oh and their breakfast blt sandwich, the only option for my stay, was horrid.
