Won't be back!
Pros:

The only thing I like is location.

Cons:

I booked two night stay, intended to check out early (4pm the next day, to go to the airport). However, on the next day, everyone was asked to vacate the room (from 10am-4pm ) for cleaning purpose. Hence, I was forced to checked out at about 10am. Not fair. This policy should be made clear by the hotel and booking.com.

Pros:

It is a short walk from the station, and there is a convenience store nearby.
You can easily walk to tourist spots like Ameyoko and Ueno.
The hotel will keep your luggage.

泊まってよかった！
Pros:

ラウンジが広々としてくつろげます。
湯船に浸かれるので、旅の疲れがとれて体力が回復できます。
カプセルの中にテレビがあります。
なのに、カプセル内が広く感じます。
思ったより駅から近い。
コンビニや飲食店が近くて困らない。

Fine for a night, not good for people arriving tired in Tokyo. Not foreigner friendly.
Pros:

The location is great, and if you just need to be here for one night it would probably suit your needs.

Cons:

You are not allowed to be in your capsule for 1/4 of the day, from 10:00am-4:00pm. If you are jet lagged or just back from Mt Fuji you should consider somewhere else.

I wish they had made it clear that guests with tattoos cannot shower there. If you have tattoos and want to shower during your stay you should consider booking somewhere else.

Left and got a hotel room
Pros:

The bed wasn’t that comfortable and my key fob didn’t work so my locker wouldn’t open could hear the guy coughing in the capsule next to me sounded sick so I left
