Pros:

Хорошее расположение. Отличный и вежливый персонал, по всем вопросам старались оказать помощь. В номере, как и в самой гостинице было тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

В двухместном номере с 1 кроватью и душем было крайне душно, хотя погода была всего 25 градусов. В номере есть вентилятор, но он не сильно спасает, т.к. нет нормальной продуманной вентиляции. Не советую, если вы не переносите духоту. Двум людям в этом номере, я думаю, пришлось бы ещё тяжелее. За другие типы номеров или капсулы сказать ничего не могу, может быть в них ситуация лучше.

Так же кровать с постельным бельём были не самые чистые, нашёл чужие волосы и чувствовал неприятный запах.

L’emplacement

J’avais réservée une capsule/chambre double à un peu plus de 30€/min
Je suis arrivée à 11h, j’ai dû payer pour laisser ma valise pendant que j’allais manger en attendant l’heure du check-in. Ce n’est pas tant pour le prix, mais c’est le principe.

J’ai trouvé une brosse à dent usagée derrière mon lavabo

La couverture pour un lit double est une couverture 1 personne

Peu de luminosité dans la chambre (comparé à la photo)

Il y avait des travaux qui étaient réalisés à 23h dans une pièce à côté de ma chambre, lorsque j’en ai informé la personne à l’accueil, il est allé parler aux employées qui effectuaient des travaux, qui n’avaient pas l’intention d’arrêter malgré l’heure.

J’ai réussi à m’endormir, j’ai été de nouveau réveillée à 1h30 par ces travaux. Qui touchaient manifestement à leur fin. Car quelqu’un a sonné à ma porte, puis il n’y a plus eu de bruit avant 7-8h du matin.

J’avais pris cette chambre exprès pour me reposer avant de rentrer en France, j’ai fini plus fatiguée que jamais.

Решила остановиться здесь из любопытства, теперь предпочту капсульный отель некоторым классическим.

Удобно, чисто, тихо, в самом центре города
Pros:

Чисто, просторная капсула, тихо, горячая вода, тапочки, дают зубной набор

Cons:

ремонт душа требуется, некоторые лейки протекают, следы плесени. В двухместном номере одна капсула, удобно, что нет соседей, свой шкаф, но замок на двери в комнату не работал, магнит не срабатывал. Телевизор в капсуле тоже не работает.

A bad experience

I had a very bad experience. They provided me a bad bed even though many capsules were empty because there were not many guests. The middle of mattress was a sagging deeply, while the sides were still firm. So I couldn't sleep at all. I told the front desk about 3 a.m. that I was uncomfortable and she checked the bed. She told me that she would change the room after 2 p.m. When I came back in the evening after I went out during the day, the front desk worker was changed and he tried to give me the same bed again. He said he didn't get any words from the night worker. After the altercation, he checked the bed again and the capsule was replaced. He was very unkind and there was no apology in the process. I couldn't understand why they were providing such a defective mattress to the guest.

Pros:

The caps future hotel is the ideal setting for a first time stay in Astana, the futuristic capital of Kazakhstan. The communal areas and rooms are kept very clean, with staff continuously cleaning throughout the day. You receive a towel and toothbrush/tooth at check-in, together with slippers (as noone is allowed to walk around with street shoes). The location is also excellent, in walking distance from the Baiterek Tower.

not all staff could speak english - only one young receptionist guy can communicate in english
