1. The location - it is well in the mountains, so there is beautiful air, views, and last but not least, climate.
2. The staff - everybody was very kind and helpful to us; the staff at the reception speaks very good English.
3. The room was very well equipped and cozy. The "backyard" gave you a nice place to sit with privacy.
4. The breakfast was above expectations.
Some small things were not working - like the floor lamp. I also wonder why nobody but upscale business hotels fo install bedside lamps - some people want to read before sleep...
But these were all small things comparing to the pleasure we had staying in Masklavi.

Masklavi is a unique place to relax while staying in this beautiful Turkish countryside. Cihan and his team are wondferful and helpful people. Teşekkürler!

Gracious hosts, Cihan and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. Cihan drove me to Alacam waterfall and back and in the evening, to a restaurant that serves local trout while on the way showing me the village.
Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed watching the sunset and breathing the fresh air from the garden/patio outside my room.
They served fresh, delicious and generous turkish breakfast; vegetables, cheeses, egg, breads, fruits and raspberry juice.
This place is a bit remote. If one does not drive, to get here, from Bursa can take the metro to Kestel and from Kestel take a bus to the hotel. Cihan who is very informative can provide the bus timetables. Or one can take a taxi.
Atmosphere, view, cleanness, service staff specillay Amed very coopertive and welcoming and also the owner and his family, brakefast is very nice with the view..

It’s a super cozy place. Amazing and helpful staff. Overall dreamy experience especially that it was snowy the whole duration of our stay. Our cottage had a fantastic view of the mountains and all the breathtaking scenery around.
It is in a slightly lonely isolated place even though the village is within walking distance, it would take a 40 mins taxi ride to the center, but the location is worth the view and coziness.
