Pros:

V hotelu bylo krásně čisto a vybavení pokoje bylo skvělé.

Cons:

Příliš malá jídelna, někdy se stalo,že hosté museli čekat než si budou moci sednout a to vyvolávalo nekomfort i pro hosty co snídali. Donuty byly jen půlky asi aby se dostalo na všechny, další už nedoplnili.

Již se těšme na příští rok. Místo k ubytování je pro nás ideální.
Pros:

Při aktualizaci pokojů (snížení počtu) a změn příjmení ubytovaných nešlo v systému konkrétně změnit jména ubytovaných. Přesto při samotném ubytování prostřednictvím telefonické komunikace, proběhlo vše v pořádku.

viz výše, ale nemělo to vliv na konečné ubytování

Pros:

- Pěkný, menší hotel. Velmi příjemný personál. Vše bylo čisté a pěkně uklizené.
- Hotel je na dobrém místě, blízko centra. Dřív se v okolí pohybovaly různé "existence" (na Zašovské jsou různé ubytovny, apod.), ale teď jsme žádné nezaznamenali.
- vynikající snídaně (až na kávu)

Cons:

Jediná věc, kterou bychom chtěli vytknout je "káva" u snídaně. Doporučuji se na to zaměřit. Kávovar je tam dobrý, ale ta káva byla jen šedá voda. Všiml jsem si, že se nad tím pozastavovali všichni hosté na snídani. Jinak byla snídaně perfektní.
