Perfect choice for families visiting Québec City
Pros:

Our room was very spacious. Rather than a standard hotel room, it was a studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. Everything was modern, spotless, and well organized.
It was especially comfortable for us, as we were travelling with our three-year-old son. There was plenty of space for all three of us, including his travel cot.
The hotel is not located in the heart of Old Québec, but it is in a convenient location: close to the train station and about a 20-minute walk from the historic centre. We also made use of the hotel's laundry facilities, which were excellent and very convenient during our trip.

Cons:

The only downside was the refrigerator, which was extremely noisy. Falling asleep wasn't always easy because of the constant humming. Unfortunately, it was much louder than expected.

Great option to stay in Quebec City in a university apartment! Everything we needed to make a perfect stay.
Pros:

Amenities and overall facilities were great. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen amenities were basic, enough to heat up food but somewhat limited on supplies, but we didn’t plan on cooking! Nice option having 2 types of coffee makers, drip and keurig. Quiet building. Discount parking option was appreciated.
Many restaurants, pub and grocery options within a few blocks.
Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Loved having AC as it was hot in July week we were there. AC unit noisy to sleep at night but we just used the fan and that worked out fine.
One thing to consider is location is at low point below the major attractions, so all up-hill walk (only 20-25 min) unless you take your car. There are buses and we used Lyft one day.
As others mentioned, sadly some homeless in the area but we never felt unsafe. We would still stay here again.

Parfait!
Pros:

Le stationnement à rabais à proximité. La chambre était entièrement équipée pour la cuisine. Le réseau fonctionnait très bien et il y avait de l’air climatisé.

El apartamento perfecto para sentirse como en casa
Pros:

Fue una experiencia sumamente completa y maravillosa. El apartamento es bellísimo, muy espacioso, excelentemente distribuido y con todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente (cama, sala, comedor, baño y cocina equipada, con lindos detalles como utensilios y café de cortesía). Además, cuenta con supermercados y tiendas de barrio muy cerca, lo que hizo que cocinar fuera facilísimo. Todo el proceso de check-in y check-out mediante indicaciones fue sumamente claro y fácil de interpretar; y aunque no hay recepción presencial constante, la comunicación a través de Booking fue excelente, con alertas y acompañamiento continuo que te hacen sentir respaldado en todo momento.

Cons:

¡Nada! Todo estuvo absolutamente perfecto y superó mis expectativas.

Bel emplacement, parfait pour passer quelques jours à Québec
Pros:

J'aime toujours profiter des résidences universitaires l'été pour voyager, c'est abordable, mais super confortable et bien pensé. J'ai pu faire du télétravail et profiter de certains de mes endroits préférés de Québec!

Cons:

L'air climatisé était assez bruyant, heureusement que j'avais des bouchons pour dormir la nuit.

Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza, seguridad, tranquilidad.
