J’y retournerai assurément.
Pros:

Chambre super propre, équipements nécessaires, l’employé a été super gentil avec moi et m’a fait sentir comme chez moi. Etablissement sécurisé, je me suis sentie en sécurité. Emplacement super pour se déplacer à pied sans problème. Dépanneur à 30 secondes et restaurants à 3 minutes.

Walking distance to old Quebec. Has nearby restaurants and grocery store. Has working washing machine in the building. Coupons are provided for the car park across. Staff are responsive even during holidays. They even received my delayed luggage even I am not in the property.

The apartment overall was really nice, and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The general air conditioning was not working. There was a portable air conditioning unit in the room, but it was extremely noisy. In addition, the windows could not be opened.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Très surprise de même que mon conjoint de ce super endroit. Le personnel accueillant, l’emplacement, le stationnement à proximité, la propreté du studio, l’équipement, le prix. Très bien situé pour le transport en autobus (ex. Centre Vidéotron). Nous avons que de belles choses à dire sur cet établissement et surtout que tout est très bien organisé.

« Ça a fait la job, c’est correct, mais je ne recommanderais pas ».
Pros:

L’emplacement était exactement ce que je recherchais. Seul gros point positif je dirais.

Cons:

J’ai trouvé ça étroit, le mobilier est vieux (Sofa inconfortable, mini tv..) le matelas était passable, mais le gros « out-point » majeur, était qu’à notre arrivée il faisait 24 degré et malgré la fenêtre ouverte lors de tous le séjour, la température n’est descendu qu’à 23… donc il faisait chaud. (Pas d’air climatisé encore comme m’a confirmé les propriétaires). Honnêtement pour le prix payé pour deux jours, j’aurais dû mettre un peu plus de budget et allez dans les locations Lofts non loin du même emplacement.

Parfait pour un court séjour professionnel
Pros:

Propre, pratique et situé près des services et de la gare

Cons:

Le quartier St-Rock n'est pas spécialement bucolique, mais la proximité avec le refuge n'a pas été dérangeante.

Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fand man alles was zum Kochen nötig ist.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Fragen reagierten sie sofort. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Die App zur Verwendung funktionierte leider nicht. Aber auch hier halfen die Vermieter umgehend und ließen uns eine Karte zukommen, die wir mit 5 CAD aufgeladen haben und für umgerechnet ca. 3€ waschen und trocken konnten!
Parken mit Gutschein von Vermieter pro Tag 8 CAD, direkt gegenüber im Parkhaus.

Cons:

Das Bett war für ein Queensize-Bett sehr klein. Die Matratze war zu klein für den daraufliegenden Topper. Zwischen Bett und Fernseher ist leider eine Wand, man kann also nicht vom Bett aus schauen. Die Couch war ebenfalls sehr klein.

L''amabilité du monsieur de l'accueil, le calme et la propreté de l'établissement. Le ménage super, le lit fait et le linge de bain changé. Et le petit plus, les bons de réduction pour le pkg en face qui ne revient qu'à 8$ pour 24h et la proximité du centre de Québec.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour gràce à vous, MERCI.
