Pros:

Me gustó del alojamiento que estaba cerca de shibuya, especialmente el famoso cruce.

Cons:

No me gustó el trato en recepción, habían cucarachas en el hall del hotel y las instalaciones casualmente después de reservar al día siguiente estaban rotas para nosotros.

周围很吵，一直吵到早上四点钟，对外的隔音很差，房间还是小了点，行李箱可能打不开，凌晨想点些吃的点不了

Pros:

In heart of Shibuya and close to the station, so it was really convenient

Cons:

This was our first time staying at a love hotel, so we weren’t sure how the checkin/checkout process worked. The staff does not speak english but we used google translate.

Ok but mis-leading advertising.
Pros:

Advertised a quieter but street noise went on untill 5 AM. We knew the area was a party place but don't advertise the place as quiet.

Cons:

Soundproof the large window by the bed!

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very clean, great amenities, helpful staff. We didn't realise it was a love hotel when we booked it but that was our mistake, it was in a great central location and the bed was very very comfortable.

Cons:

If you're thinking of booking and happen to be a light sleeper, please be aware that this hotel is near nightclubs so at night it is very noisy from 10pm - 5am, which kept us up a bit. However earplugs were available which was very helpful.
