Moderno y tranquilo
Pros:

Me gustó porque me pareció un hostel distinto al resto, por lo tranquilo, moderno y limpio que se ve todo. Es pequeño, lo cual hace que haya menos gente y sea más cómodo. Son dos pisos en un edificio, en uno está la habitación general con las cápsulas y el baño; en el piso de abajo la cocina que tiene de todo y es muy moderna y limpia; la sala de estar, comedor y hasta un espacio de coworking.

Cons:

Justo llegué antes del check in y fue un poco engorroso coordinar para poder dejar el equipaje guardado allí. Luego el personal fue muy amable en todo.

Pros:

La pulizia

Cons:

Le capsule troppo calde con poca aria.
Le doccie troppo calde senza aria e si sudava molto.
Bassa qualità delle docce,piccole e senza piattaforma e quindi l acqua andava da tutte le parti.
La porta della capsula 18 non si chiudeva bene.
Sono cliente abituale delle capsule hotel di lowenstrasse e li e tutta un altra storia.
Una delusione totale.
Non lo consiglio.

Personal - keines gesehen. Zimmergrösse ..... ist ja gar kein Zimmer

Cons:

Zugang..... 4x den Code eingeben, wenn man gar nicht weiss, wo...... Beim Eingang ein grosser Bildschirm..... welcher aber keine Türfreigabe gibt und im Innern Raumnamen, welche keinen Zusammenhang haben mit meiner Buchung

Cons:

lots of emails when i was busy on the journey, why could not send them earlier? A lots of codes to access the different doors and bed. Noone there to help, such of time wasted to figure out these codes. never again.

Sauberkeit und Aufenthaltsräume! Kühle Temperatur zum Schlafen.

Cons:

Unfreundliches nicht hilfsbereites Personal, verstand zudem kein Wort Deutsch. Keine adäquate Hilfe, beim Check-in, das nicht funktionierte, da booking.com die Namen falsch übermittelte. Hilfe am Telefon war nicht zu erwarten, da es nicht entgegengenommen wurde und eine Mailantwort bekam ich erst Tage später. Gäbe es keine zweite Filiale in Luzern mit Reception, dann hätte ich eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen, da ich falsche Tür Login Codes erhalten habe. Betten für lange Leute eher kurz. Sehr ringhörig und wackelig, sehr unangenehm, wenn Leute darin Sex haben.
