Pros:

Le respect des autres personnes, la possibilité de laisser ses affaires le lendemain jusqu'à 18h. La place. L ambiance a condition de pas étre trop exigeant

Cons:

Les écouteurs ne fonctionné pas en les branchant et internet ne fonctionnait pas bien non plus. Mais bon pas très grave. On entend tout donc vaut mieux mettre des bouchons mis a disposition et être bien fatiguée

Stay in Vienna (8th - 11th September)
Pros:

Really liked the location, very close to lots of key places in the city. Loved the pod and private and comfortable it was. Really appreciated the inclusion of a locker and key. Great value for money!

Cons:

The only criticism I can give is make the no shoe sign a bit more obvious. A few people, myself included, didn't realise at first.

A fabulous experience with some minor niggles
Pros:

Loved the capsule. Was comfortable and felt futuristic fun and secure. Location not too far out of the City, I could walk to a lot of the places I wanted to see. WiFi worked. Potential to leave luggage if arrived early/ left late was very good.

Cons:

Could have done with a drinks machine/ vending machine. There being absolutely nothing there apart from a kettle felt weird. Luckily I had some water with me.

The only sinks were between the men's loo and the men's shower, an odd place to clean your teeth, and nowhere else for women to wash their hands. Maybe fit one hand basin nearer the womens loo?

It wasn't a problem for me as it was not full but 2 showers and 2 toilets may not be enough if the place was full, especially as each capsule potentially housed 2 people.

And maybe a bigger towel??

Pros:

The pod for single user was spacious enough for a petite woman like me. It was clean and has its modern/spacey-vibe and one hand towel waa provides. Moreover, it was a close walking distance to the Schottentor Stop (Trams, U2 and Buses) which was very convenient. The Votivkirche was also nearby which is also a lovely church.

Cons:

There was no staff, but I didn't have any problems so far. The ladies' side of the WC didn't have sinks so one should go to the other side to wash hands or brush teeth. There was only one outlet inside the pod so if you have more than two devices that needed charging, you either use the usb port (which fortunately worked for me) or go outside to the common area/table area.
