Once you got in the rooms were fine.
The customer service was worse than useless. I booked 2 rooms and with difficulty got access codes for one. Emails and phoning was useless.
On arriving the given codes didn't work. However there was a button to press for help and by some miracle a person answered it...
The roooms were fine but expected for the price!
Off street parking, and location relatively close to the city centre.
Inadequate kitchen facility was a total let down. The only kitchen available was located in another block outside our block - meaning that to make a cupper, you would have go out to the other block - so inconvenient!
Bathroom and toilet facilities were totally inadequate.
There were only two toilets provided for 6 residents!
Finally, a fan is the least you would expect to find in your room given the prevailing temperature on the day we lodged - unfortunately there was none!
With these shortfalls and experience, it can hardly be described as value for money!

Easy access via automated keypads. Room and bathroom clean and well prepared.
Basic no-frills room.
Just note there's no air-con, and given our room being on the ground floor we didn't want to leave the window open due to noise, people smoking outside, and security. Luckily wasn't too hot that day.

It's a cracking den. Do not book here it's a half way house for druggies. There actual name is jaylets. It's a con do not book.
I love the location bus stops out side , and live down the road .
