Pros:

Cheap and cheerful price was good. Nothing special but get what you pay for.

Cons:

Room lock held on with 2 very loose screws. Good job we had a screwdriver in the car to fix it else I would not have felt very safe! Beds seem to have had a good life....

Pros:

I liked where it was located, and how easy it was to get in. It was also easy to get to Loughborough and Nottingham.

I didn’t like how the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom.

The shower was blocked and spilt over the threshold. A squeegee was left to clear up rather than sorting the problem. Rm 802

Very convenient and close to where I was visiting each day. Nothing fancy but did the job fine, facilities were clean, easy to access the property anytime and no issues with other guests.

Bed was very comfy and place was quiet

Cons:

It need a kettle n cups in the room n the room we stopped in didn't have a shower screen so the floor was socked when showered with isn't pleasant

Pros:

Clean and tidy and fresh microwave and kettle in room

Cons:

No mugs plates knife or forks or spoons had to go 10 min down the road to shops to buy some also hot drinks were available from a machine at your cost
