Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Very clean and spacious room.

Cons:

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but there was a kitchen on the premises. No tea though and a pay for coffee machine.

Quiet and convenient.
Pros:

Location and parking and quietness and bed cleanliness.

Cons:

The headboard was wobbly. Should have at least a kettle and tea in the room but there was none. The bathroom didn't have the air freshener (someone used it previously and it smelt). Maybe my preference is that the bathroom taps should be mixer types not individual ones. However the staff quickly installed air freshener to fix the issue.

Overall good
Pros:

Easy check in process , reasonably clean. Bathroom dated. Provided with iron and iron board to room on request.

Cons:

Room smelling of smoke, though once I mentioned if did improve, was another resident smoking next door.

Cons:

Everything, there was human faeces stains and all sorts on the mattress and the bed stains and marks all over the walls. The walls are so thin you can here everyone shouting
Insects and spiders on the walls it was entirely awful which I didn’t even stay here we turned up for 10 minutes and went to another hotel down the road in which I was agreed compensation/ a full refund but I still haven’t had that as of yet. The showers are dirty messy and unclean with mold and stains on the bathroom mats.

Would not stay here again
Pros:

only the location was on a main road and easy to find

Cons:

Keyless entre did not work for front door neither the room door once another resident let ne in was given a room that had no toilet this room did get changed once the manager attended site. the phone number you get takes you to a call centre in India and was no help what so ever

Pros:

The bed was ok.

Cons:

It was very noisy all night. A lot of people were talking [ shouting] loud, all night & early morning.
No shower gel. Just hand soap.
TV didn't work.
Very basic. Photo is the bathroom door, rotten as water runs underneath

So good I’ve booked to come again later in the year.
Pros:

Great location for Donington Park. Great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Bed was comfy and my room was lovely.

Cons:

No kettle in the room and maybe could have some crockery and cutlery as there is a microwave.
