Customer servis is very good. Facilities is very good.

Cons:

Bedroom is to small for me with 2 bed Queen size. It quiet dificult for me to pray.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Cons:

I got price on Booking.com on RM93 but then when i went for check in the price was RM112+depo. Saying that it was include with SST & Service. For me the price RM112 can get anywhere better than this👎👎👎👎

overall location was great, feels safe and secured. bonus for the laundry room with dryer

Location was great, lots of convenience store around under 5 mins by car, also near to city centre

Cons:

it would have been better if hotel could supply more pillow as the pillow in my room are too soft
