Pros:

Great pool and lounging zone. Good value restaurant with no tax surcharges. Food was good! Great location, as only a few minutes walk to the beach. Property has ocean view.

Cons:

Loud rusty fridge. No kettle. Safe broke. Room a bit tired. Room could do with an update. Shower isn’t separated so toilet gets wet.

Booking.com complaint - We wanted to leave a night earlier in booking, and get refund but booking.com were impossible to contact and do this with. We still don’t have refund from them. That is disappointing.

Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff is so welcoming.

Cons:

Firstly, the hotel provided me with an old room. Next day I asked them if it was possible to change it, and they kindly changed. The new room is really nice and cozy. The first one was old and dirty.

very good value for money and with little fixes and investment it could be even better
Pros:

Location is next level. If they would do a little fix of the facilities and invest a little bit, they easily could make a ten steps forward. Staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

the bathroom facilities need to be updated with a proper shower holder and a new toilet which actually works, as ours was not working the two last days, also the sink needs to be fixed. Sitting possibilities in the room would be also appreciated as there is enough room, people do not want to sit on their bed. also the area behind the facility leading towards the beach could be made proper and updated which would make this place exceptionally

Very relaxing and dreamy
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff. Organise transfers really well. A short walk to the beautiful beach. A good challenging surf break. Good food on offer!

Pros:

The place in general is okay. The pool is really beautiful and if you want to be close to Balangan beach is perfect. However, the staff was regular and the room was okay but the bathroom was not too comfortable.

Pros:

I like the location, and the spacious room.

Cons:

I didn't like the old furniture in the room, the doors didn't even close, the bed mosquito net was dirty and full of death bugs and insects, and there was no water kettle.

Очень приветливый персонал, хорошо говорят по-английски.
Pros:

Большой чистый номер, уборка каждый день. До пляжа 5 минут. Чистый бассейн. Магазины недалеко, рядом пара варунгов. В субботу в соседнем кафе на улице играл диджей.

Cons:

Я бы включила завтрак в стоимость проживания.
