Recepcionista mau educada, água não esquenta tem que pedir para ligar o aquecedor toda vez que tomar banho, café da manhã uma vergonha e barulho de pessoas transando. Mais a recepcionista noturno é uma pessoa que afunda o lugar

Cons:

Água chuveiro gelada, cobertor fedido, difícil manobras no estacionamento, precisei pedir papel higiênico porque não tinha no quarto, não tinha frigobar no quarto.
