Pros:

Das Ersatzresort SW Paradis war zwar kleiner, aber insgesamt sauber. Die Bungalows wurden täglich gereinigt. Aufgrund des kleineren Resorts konnte man schneller in Kontakt kommen. Tagesgäste waren bis 20 Uhr willkommen und haben dann das Resort verlassen.
Das Personal war größtenteils sehr nett.

Cons:

Unsere Buchung wurde erst zwei Tage vor der Anreise umgebucht, da der Pool im ursprünglich gebuchten Resort noch nicht fertiggestellt war und sich dort weiterhin eine Baustelle befand. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung im letzten Jahr war davon keine Rede.
Bei der Umbuchung wurde uns zudem erst einen Tag vor der Anreise mitgeteilt, wir könnten die Buchung ja stornieren. Dieser Vorschlag war für uns völlig unrealistisch, da die Flüge bereits gebucht und bezahlt waren. Wir wären auf den gesamten Flugkosten sitzen geblieben. Dieses „Angebot“ war daher aus unserer Sicht keine echte Lösung.
Das Ersatzresort war zwar kleiner, aber insgesamt sauber. Auch die Bungalows waren gepflegt. Allerdings gab es erhebliche Mängel: Es fehlten Desinfektionsmittel sowie ausreichend Handtücher. Gerade in einem Swinger-Resort sollte Hygiene oberste Priorität haben. Dass ich sogar über frische Handtücher diskutieren musste, ist für mich völlig unverständlich. Auch im ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Spielzimmer waren keine Desinfektionsmittel oder vergleichbare Hygienemöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt sind die Öffnungszeiten: Die Küche schließt bereits um 18:30 Uhr und die Bar um 20:00 Uhr. Für ein Resort dieser Art ist das aus meiner Sicht absolut unpassend.
Besonders enttäuschend war die Kommunikation des Betreibers. Er erklärte uns offen, dass Buchungen für das Venus Resort bewusst angenommen und anschließend in das kleinere Ersatzresort umgebucht werden. Zudem fanden die beworbenen Partys überhaupt nicht statt.
Trotz all dieser Umstände gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen, weder finanziell noch in Form einer anderen angemessenen Lösung. Stattdessen entstand bei uns der Eindruck, dass wirtschaftliche Interessen stärker im Vordergrund standen als die Zufriedenheit der Gäste.
Insgesamt fühlen wir uns getäuscht. Die Leistungen entsprachen in wesentlichen Punkten nicht dem, was bei der Buchung beworben wurde.

El complejo estaba totalmente cerrado y sin actividad , con una gran obra ejecutándose ! Nosotros compramos esta reserva por el resort , y nos avisaron que solo el jacuzzi estaba cerrado , con la sorpresa al llegar y DESPUÉS DE PAGAR , nos explican ya la situación todo cerrado y anulado ! No no que otra que aceptar,

Pros:

Been many times to Venus, always very clean with great facilities. Great staff, . Very good on site restaurant.

Cons:

Can be very busy and noisy at times, particularly when lots of day guests arrive.

Music can be loud at times, and would be nice to have more quiet times there during the day.

The large hot tub, tends to get overtaken by groups of visiting locals and day guests who spent hours in there noisily drinking and chatting particularly on foam party days and weekends which makes it difficult to enjoy and relax in. Also leaves the water very mucky and un appealing.

The restaurant is open on site in the evenings, but otherwise the resort is completely dead in the evenings.

A small (quiet) evening social area, to mingle, chat and have a drink would be nice (open once day guests have left) if you decide to not leave the resort

Great LS resort!
Pros:

It is a very nice LS resort, convenient to all the bars/clubs downtown via a short and inexpensive taxi ride.
