Very disappointing experience, not worth the money.
Pros:

Cons:

There was no restaurant for dinner, we had to walk 30 min to the nearest restaurant. The breakfast was terrible. We requested 2 single beds (and the request was supposedly approved), but we still got one double bed instead. There was no staff present, so we couldn't even complain. When we requested an invoice, it had wrong information but that was finally corrected later.

Pros:

Klidná lokalita v dosahu centra, příznivá cena, odpovídající ubytování, možnost domácího mazlíčka, plusem je velký bazén v horkých letních dnech

Cons:

Snídaně by mohly být dříve a pestřejší (párky, sladké pečivo, ovoce) nebo možnost pobytu bez snídaně v ceně.
U bazénu chybí lehátka a slunečníky ( k dispozici jen cca 5 funkčních lehátek, slunečníky žádné).

Pros:

Kousek do centra, velký venkovní bazén. Velké plus je možnost pobytu s malým pejskem zdarma. Příjemná paní co chystala snídaně. Milý pán recepční (Čech). Klidná lokalita. Parkování zdarma.

Cons:

Málo lehátek u bazénu a nebyly slunečníky. Slabá WiFi.Ale to jsou malé věci....

Wunderbare ruhige Lage im Grünen, komfortable Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Eine schöne Ferienanlage am Rande von Karlsbad. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Ruhige Lage im Grünen, ein schöner Pool mit Liegen. Das Frühstück sehr reichlich und lecker. Das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Ausgezeichnet!

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab jeden Tag frische Brötchen und sehr leckeres Rührei. Wurst, Käse, verschiedene Marmelade, Müsli,Saft, Kaffee.... alles da👍. Die Zimmer und das Wasser im Pool waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z. B. das Pool, der Frühstücksraum und der Kinderspielplatz sind nicht mehr so schön wie auf den angegebenen Fotos.

Außer der Lage, kann man diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Cons:

Im ersten Haus, wo wir wohnen sollten, war alles schmutzig und komplett abgewohnt. In nur einem Schlafzimmer von dreien, hat sich ein Kleiderschrank befunden. Die Küche war völlig schmutzig. Am saubersten waren die Badezimmer.Nachdem wir die Unterkunft beanstandet haben, bekamen wir ein anderes Haus zugeteilt, welches etwas besser war, aber auch dort war vieles kaputt und schmutzig.
Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.🙁

If you must and like swimming
Pros:

The only good thing about this place was swimming pool that was available 24/7

Cons:

The hotel has seen better days and clearly has been abused by neglect of the owners. A lot of traces of former glory everywhere, broken fences, chairs, pool showers and stairs. At the same time it has every basic need to fit. Breakfast served in a bar with clear cigarette smell. Other than that it is fine, but not more than that

Hotel je umístěn v klidné lokalitě nedaleko Karlových Varů.Na snídani bylo čerstvé pečivo a možnost míchaných vajíček,párků,různých uzenin,sýrů ,zeleniny a sladké koblihy .Obsluha byla velmi milá.

Cons:

V areálu není otevřena restaurace.

Pobyt ocenia pozytywnie .
Pros:

Śniadanie w porządku . Ośrodek i pokoje czyste . Spokojna okolica .

Cons:

Szkoda że restauracja która serwowała śniadania nie była czynna przez cały dzień. Obiady i kolacje trzeba było spożywać na mieście. Jeżeli chodzi o basen , woda czysta , temperatura wody 25 stopni . Mało leżaków i brak parasoli. Basen do małego remontu. W tej cenie nie można spodziewać się luksusów.
