Хороший отель в красивом месте, номера чистые и уютные - в них есть всё необходимое (правда кроме чайника - но нам он был не нужен) достаточно большой бассейн, красивая территория, вкусный завтрак. Спасибо.

Cons:

Достаточно удалённо от Карловых Вар - если для прогулки пешком в жаркую погоду, и.к. нужно местами подниматься в гору. Лучше на машине, или автобусом, расписание которого висит в ходе отеля.

Die Lage war gut aber zu weit vom Zentrum.

Cons:

Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht schlecht. Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich verschlechtert haben.

Zum Beispiel hing in der Ecke über dem Bett ein großes Spinnennetz. Im Badezimmer war die Toilette schmutzig, auf dem Waschbecken lagen Haare. Die Seifenspender waren leer, es gab überhaupt keine Seife. Der Zahnputzbecher war offensichtlich bereits von vorherigen Gästen benutzt worden und wurde nicht gereinigt. Die Krönung war jedoch eine schmutzige Unterhose, die im Kinderbett lag.

Was das Frühstück betrifft, fehlen mir eigentlich die Worte. Wenn man erst um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, sollte man nicht damit rechnen, noch Butter, Brot oder Brötchen vorzufinden. Rührei und Würstchen bekommt man nur, wenn man Glück hat.

Grundsätzlich könnte alles gut organisiert werden. Doch die Dame, die für das Frühstück verantwortlich ist, scheint keinerlei Interesse daran zu haben, dass die Gäste zufrieden und satt sind. Sie hält sich irgendwo im Hintergrund auf, sodass man sie höchstens hören kann. Schmutziges Geschirr bleibt auf den Tischen stehen, und man muss an einem ungeputzten Tisch frühstücken.

Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht und einen unangenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen. Wirklich schade.

Pros:

Die Lage zu Karlsbad ist ganz gut. Etwas außerhalb aber die Innenstadt ist gut zu erreiche. Allerdings steht in dem Areal alles vor der Schließung. Der große Pool der Anlage am Hotel wird nicht mehr genutzt und verkommt. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen.

Cons:

Das Haus ist komplett abgewohnt. Es wirkte, als wenn eine Räumung zuvor stattgefunden hat und nur noch Reste an Möbeln stehen geblieben sind. Es gehen Schränke in den Zimmern, Tische vor den Sofas, Fernseher waren entweder abgebaut und nur noch die Löcher in der Wand. Ein vorhandener TV war defekt. Die Stehlampen in den Zimmern waren alle defekt, Deckenlampen funktionieren nur noch teilweise. Die Jalousien an den Fenstern fehlten entweder komplett oder waren nur noch in Resten vorhanden. Es fehlte für die Anzahl an Personen genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Auch waren für sechs Personen mit zwei Stühle für die Terrasse vorhanden, von Sitzauflagen ganz zu schweigen. Der Kühlschrank war defekt und die Küche in desolatem Zustand. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war nicht möglich, eine Reaktion auf unsere Mail steht bis heute aus. Es geht hier bei der Vermietung ausschließlich noch darum, ein paar letzte Euros herauszuholen bevor man ganz schließt.
