Мръсно и с нетипична за Копривщица миризма на канали
Pros:

Разкошният двор и местоположението - точно до музея на Любен Каравелов.

Cons:

- Взеха ни забързано парите от входа, преди да сме видели стаята.
- Стая номер 1 – тясна с две миниатюрни легла без гардероб, със силна неприятна миризма на канал. При втори поглед - много прах под мебелите (това не го бях виждала в Копривщица!), паднала щора на прозореца. За капак: развалена плъзгаща се врата, към тоалетната – ни напред, ни назад. Хазяинът пробва, била се изметнала, щял да я оправи, ама не сега, не бил магьосник... Поне се съгласи да ни премести в стая в работеща врата към тоалетната.
Стая две - вратата работи.. Но каналът пак смърди, Пак няма комарник, съответно при неизбежното проветряване стаята се пълни с мухи. Чекмеджето на едното шкафче непочистено от ппедишния клиент, другото не посмях да погледна. Завивкитене са чаршафосани, има едно тясно и късо чаршафче, в сравнение с което чаршафите в БДЖ са огромни. Отново прах и мръсотия.
Според ценоразписа на долния етаж този разкош струва 45 евро на нощ. На нас ни излезе малко по-евтино, защото бяхме ангажирали през Booking.
Ако не беше късна вечер и не бяхме платили, щяхме да потърсим друга квартира.
Не препоръчваме.

Un beau village pas facile d’accès

Le manque d’empathie et d’intérêt pour les guests de la personne qui nous a reçus

Il serait facile d’afficher les horaires de bus pour aller à la gare ainsi que les horaires de trains

Подържана къща на много добра локация!

Cons:

Собственичката не си вдига телефона, 3 пъти звънях и стоях на студа, докато се реши да ми отвори. Не ми се струва професионално при положение, че имахме резереация!

Good facilities, bad management
Pros:

The style of the house, some places were newly renovated and painted.

Cons:

There were bed sheets missing, after kindly asking the stuff it was very hard to convince them to provide us some. The facilities were good, the yard is amazing, however the family that owns the house use it all the time so as a guest you can't really enjoy it.

absolutely stunning hotel, wonderful host and incredibly low price!
Pros:

what a beautiful hotel - the place was magical; full of character and presented with love. Very clean and tidy and lovely atmosphere. the host was very understanding - my travel was delayed and I arrived really late for check in but she waited up for me and greeted me warmly in spite of the predicament
