Atendimento - o funcionário estava mais interessado a falar com os amigos no bar do hotel do que atender os clientes. E ainda tinha um atitude rude para conosco. Não gostei, apenas um hotel para se passar a noite e ir para o aeroporto.

L'hotel si trova a circa 7 km dall'aeroporto di Tirana ed è facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. Non è in una posizione conveniente se l'intenzione è quella di visitare la città, mentre è molto comoda se si ha un'auto e si intende girare per il paese. La stanza era molto grande e silenziosa, nonostante avesse le finestre sulla strada, abbastanza trafficata. Il letto era comodo e il bagno pulito

Pros:

Necesitaba un hotel cerca del aeropuerto y este ha sido genial, un desayuno riquísimo y precios inmejorables.
Los camareros súper atentos, estas personas muy amables y serviciales. Recomiendo indiscutiblemente.

Bad attitude and currency conversion scam
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

- Dodgy reception with very bad attitude
- Setting pricing in EUR, but of course not able to charge in EUR so converting the price to Albanian Lek at inflated rate
- Booking.om being useless as always, not addressing this predatory behaviour
