Pros:

1 nacht verbleven , ivm een ander hotel waar we meteen uitgecheckt zijn omdat het zo vies was.
Hier konden we meteen terecht, heel vriendelijk personeel, geen lift, maar personeel helpt met koffers te tillen. Nette en schone kamer.

Geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad ivm dat er een tornado was en het zwembad niet kon gebruiken de dag erna. Zag er bij aankomst wel
Prima uit het zwembad. Maar kunnen er verder niets over zeggen. Ook ontbijt hebben we niet aan deel genomen dus kunnen we niet beoordelen. Was echt een nachtje ter overbrugging

Smiling Face Hotel :)
Pros:

Many thanks to the staff and the owner. They were always smiling. Even though we arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am, they took care of us and had our room ready as quickly as possible. The hotel was very clean. The pool was fantastic. The location and the room were perfect, and the breakfast was good. Thank you.

Pros:

Das moderne Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Auch der kleine Pool war schön und nie überfüllt, sodass man ihn in Ruhe geniessen konnte. Auch das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, war das etwas anstrengend. Im Badezimmer fehlte leider eine Ablage für Duschutensilien.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Plajın gürültüsünden uzak ama konum olarak yakın :) merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Çok da ilgili.

Pros:

Superb hotelul dotat cu tot confortul, modern utilat Camera mare, foarte curat, personalul foarte dragut. Piscina deosebita. Am facut baie inclusiv noaptea. Bravo. Va multumim mult pentru tot. Recomandam cu mare drag.

Excellent, high quality, new hotel with pool
Pros:

Everything. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. Even made sure some breakfast was ready for us early one day as we were going on a boat trip. The whole hotel is new and kept very clean. The breakfast was so good. Lovely mini omelettes. I heard people moaning it was repetitive however there was so much choice, we were there 5 days and never felt like it was the same. You just have to mix it up. The rooms were spacious with good air-conditioning and cleaned every day ( even when I said it was ok ). They offer fresh beach towels everyday. Our balcony was large and lovely to sit out on ( when it was cool enough )
The location is perfect, on the main road but quiet and just far enough away from the very busy centre but close enough to walk. Approx 15 mins but plenty of bars and restaurants 5 mins and less. Would 100% recommend 👌

Pros:

The property was spotlessly clean, and everything felt brand new. The location was excellent, with all of Ksamil’s main beaches just a short walk away.

Cons:

The only minor drawback was that the property didn’t have a lift. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and carried our luggage for us. They also kindly kept our baby’s pram at reception, so we didn’t have to carry it up and down the stairs each time. Their friendliness and willingness to help more than made up for the lack of a lift.

Kokkuvõttes jäi meile hotellist väga hea mulje, eelkõige tänu eriti sõbralikule, hoolivale ja abivalmis personalile.
Pros:

Väike ja armas hotell väga sõbraliku personaliga. Hotell oli uus, puhas ja mõnusalt koduse olemisega. Basseiniala oli privaatne, rahulik ja väga mõnus.
Asukoht oli suurepärane – rannad, restoranid ja kaks toidupoodi olid kõik lähedal ning parkida sai mugavalt otse hotelli ees. Eriti meeldiv üllatus oli see, et meie pesu pesti ilma lisatasuta.
Hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe oli väga hästi paigas. Jäime hotelliga rahule ja soovitame seda kindlasti ka teistele!

Cons:

Ainsad väiksemad miinused olid hommikusöögil pakutav filtrikohv, mis oli kahjuks külm. Cappuccinot sai juurde osta 200 leki eest. Samuti puudus hotellis lift, kuid õnneks oli personal väga abivalmis ja aitas meie kohvrid kolmandale korrusele viia.

L’emplacement et le petit jeune à l’accueil était très gentil

Je me suis faite arnaquée 24h avant mon arrivée les 500e du séjour, si j’ai validé le paiement par carte c’est parce que toutes les données étaient justes (nom prénom, nom de l’hôtel, dates…) ils se sont donc fait pirater leurs informations, si la personne n’avait pas toutes les informations je n’aurai jamais validé le paiement, aucun geste de leur part et j’ai demandé à voir le directeur, je l’ai jamais vu, ce n’était juste pas leur problème….dommage
Oui c’est moi l’imbecile qui a validé le paiement mais c’est vous qui vous êtes fait pirater toutes mes données🤷🏼‍♀️ sans ça je n’aurai rien validé…
