I couldn't lock the room door from the outside. The noise from outside was unbearable. I couldn't sleep and had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night.

Cons:

O atendimento na recepção foi horrível. Funcionário foi muito rude. Não sei se o tratamento foi por termos feito a reserva pela booking ou se por sermos brasileiros. Cobrou uma taxa de serviço que não constava das observações da acomodação. Nós colocaram num quarto em que a limpeza estava a desejar com toalhas muito surradas.

La habitación muy estrecha y el baño deja que desear almohadas pésimas muy baja no pudimos descansar bien y me cobraron sin descuento minguno pague el total cuando ustedes me dieron un precio y ellos otro sin frío bar ni agua en la habitación tuve que comprar yo malicinos creo que los voy a dejar de buscarlos a ustedes una buena y otra mala el departamento nos fue fantástico y el hotel asco voy a salir de ustedes mil gracias tuve que bajar 3 pisos en escalera por que se traba el ascensor
