Pros:

A localização era ótima, pertinho do centro e de varios restaurantes. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Quarto bem quentinho, toalhas trocada diariamente .
Hotel aconchegante!

Cons:

A única coisa que poderia melhorar era a diversidade no café da manhã.

Pros:

Café delicioso, ovos fresquinhos, o hotel fica em uma travessa da avenida principal, fizemos tudo a pé, inclusive mercado, que temos 2 opções bem próximas, restaurante perto e os passeios com transfer sempre buscam no hotel por conta da localização.
Os quartos possuem aquecedor , e estava bem quentinho, água do chuveiro bem quente também.
Mas o que mais me alegrou no hotel, foram os funcionários em especial a Natasha e o Santiago.
A Natasha é um doce, quase trouxe ela pro Brasil dentro da mala.

La ubicación es muy buena, accesible al centro de la ciudad. El personal súper amable y siempre predispuesto a atender nuestras necesidades

El desayuno no es malo, pero al ir en temporada baja quizás no hay tanta variedad o los productos no son tan frescos.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, bonito e aconchegante! A localização é excelente, a limpeza e conforto são destaques.
A cama é confortável, quarto com tamanho ideal. Banheiro tem calefação, que dá mais conforto ainda.
Entra un pouco de luz nas laterais das cortinas, mas não atrapalha em nada,, pq o sol nasce após as 9h30.
É ao lado da avenida principal mas o lugar é muito silencioso.
Funcionários sempre solícitos e educados.

Cons:

Nao é algo que desabone, mas, o cafe da manha nao tem muitas opções.

O quarto era excelente, banheiro otimo, calefação excelente.
Limpeza muito boa.

A localização é excelente, um grande diferencial também.

O café da manhã deixa a desejar: falta um ovo mexido, um ovo cozido, uma maior variedade de frios (somente queijo mussarela e presunto); nao tem frutas, nao tem suco natural - somente suco de laranja pronto; nao tem yorgute, nem achocolatado para fazer um chocolate quente.

Os paes oferecidos eram gostosos, os doces também - contudo o café é muito simples e deixa a desejar.
