Misleading photos online. Won't go there again.
Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The pool was empty and in repair. The restaurant was closed at 9pm. The safe in the room did not work. Photos of seats along the lake were misleading as the is no access to the lake from the hotel.

the staff, very friendly, the location , beautyfull.

Cons:

Everything was fine, except the bathroom wasn't great. I couldn't get enough water out of the tap, the toilet didn't flush well. the shouwer, not enough water, the wifi could be better.

Great stay
Pros:

My stay was exceptional and memorable. I highly recommend the facility for both business and leisure travel.

Cons:

They need to fix their payment methods. They either expand their facilities to accommodate other banking facilities or offer better options. My corporate card was rejected several times due to their poor banking service providers. I had to settle my stay through personal funds, which means that my organization reimbursement will be another story of justification.

Pros:

Clean rooms with comfortable beds, well equipped gym, well maintained pool, reliable power supply, airconditioning and wifi.

Cons:

Breakfast. I prefer a buffet for breakfast

top hôtel pour le prix
Pros:

Bonjour, je voyage beaucoup pour le travail et c est un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai pu séjourner en Afrique. Le staff est très sympa et aidant. La nourriture est très bonne au restaurant. Il y a une piscine et une grande salle de sport.

Cons:

il y a un groupe électrogène, mais parfois il y a quand même des coupures d’Internet, c’est partout dans la ville

Cons:

It wasn't so clean the bathroom, also a lot of mozquitos inside because of the Windows without net, also the shower was without plastic on the side so the water came out all the time.

Cons:

The breakfast was subpar… not a lot of options to choose from. Only variety of Eggs.

Don’t exchange money there or pay in dollars there. They exchange money for half the value outside. It is 3000 BF at the hotel while it is 5500 outside. Go outside, exchange money and then pay in Burundian frank.

Disappointed in facility, appreciated the humanity.
Pros:

Although I could not stay due to reasons mentioned below, I appreciated that the staff remained friendly and cordial throughout and did not charge me anything for the 2 hours I spent at the hotel.

Cons:

I booked a twin room "with a garden view". The room I got was at the back of the hotel yard, far from the reception and not part of the main hotel infrastructure. It felt like being out at the servants quarters. The view included what looked like a vegetable garden under preparation, no grass, no flowers, just dirt ground. The pictures on booking.com do not show this and when the room is said to have a garden view one expects the lush green garden on the pictures.

The room sink was broken and it leaked all over the bathroom floor. It could not be easily fixed. I asked to move rooms and the room offered was a mini studio apartment cost in USD150 (discounted to USD130) per night. My original booking was USD85 per night. I could not stay and had to find another facility, as I did not want to pay almost twice the cost per night, and they could not offer me any other room.

Avoid this hotel!
Cons:

We booked a garden view room, since this is the only option with two separate beds. It is NOT in the main building! We hardly had water to wash! And no towels in the room. No drinking water bottles. Literally no services whatsoever! Even when I went to the front desk asking for clean towels, it took a long time. Avoid this hotel!
