Cons:

Der Self-Check-In stellte sich als recht kompliziert heraus, und es brauchte mehrere Anläufe, bis er funktionierte und die Schlüssel freigegeben waren. Da die Schlüssel-App webbasiert ist und nicht auf dem Handy gespeichert, kam es zwei Stunden später bei einem Gewitter zu einem Ausfall der Verbindung zur App. Zwar stellte sich im Zuge der hierzu geführten Telefonate heraus, dass immer ein Mitarbeiter verfügbar ist, der im Notfall öffnen könnte, aber bis zum Erreichen des Service-Teams (was etwas dauerte, weil ich anscheinend nicht der einzige Betroffene war) war unklar, wie man sich am besten verhält. Nach meiner Erfahrung kann die Schlüssel-App ein interessantes Modell darstellen, ist aber noch nicht so ausgereift, wie es dem übrigen Niveau des Hauses entsprechen würde.

Für unsere Radtour als Einmalige Übernachtung hat es gepasst
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns der Balkon nach hinten raus. Schöner Blick ins Grüne und ruhig…angenehm zum schlafen die Balkontüre auf gelassen.
Fahrradraum war zwar klein, aber leicht zugänglich und es waren auch nur drei weitere da.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr klein. Kurheim Feeling. Wir haben kein Internet nutzen können trotz mehrmaliger Versuche

Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage gleich beim Kurbad. Das Zimmer ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten.
