Hotel bellissimo, veramente molto curato e in perfetto stile Scottish!
Personale cortesissimo e colazione buonissima :)
La camera che ci hanno offerto come quadrupla, una volta sistemati i 4 posti letto, era un tantino piccola. Però tutto molto bello
Atmosfera familiare old England
breakfast, room size was good
The bar was a bit limited in choice
The couple who were in charge were EXCELLENT! They oversaw the breakfast and nothing was too much for them. They were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent. Hotel us very well cared for. Location is wonderful. This was the best experience of our two week trip. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Pitlochry!
Nothing! Everything was perfect!
Very friendly
Nothing
We were given a friendly welcome and shown to our room (rare these days). The room was bigger than expected with beautiful views over the garden and adjoining countryside. We were asked if we wanted dinner and booked a table on arrival. The dining room has a lovely outlook. Both dinner and breakfast were good with local food and hot breakfast dishes cooked to order. The hotel was very quiet inside despite being within local traffic noise area. The hotel is an old building with some lovely traditional wood panelling and stained glass. We were in the adjoining annexe. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre via a pedestrian crossing over the railway line. The hotel overall was much nicer than larger hotels in the same price range in the area in which we have stayed previously.
There was nothing I disliked other than the weather which was a bit wet and outwith the control of the hotel! Our room was quiet with a good outlook
Great breakfast
Il rapporto qualità prezzo .
Ausgesprochen nettes Personal
Zimmer relativ einfach
The hotel is tastefully furnished and just a short walk from the centre of town. We had an elegant, spacious room, with a great view of the garden and countryside. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was nice. Lots of options. Service was great
Decoration of room was a little dated but perfectly adequate and very clean
Room was lovely, location to Pitlochry centre was very good.
A buffet style breakfast would have suited us better but we understand this isn't isn't always possible in a smaller hotel. The food we had was very good.
On arrival the hotel looked beautiful, we were placed in the annexe of the hotel which was a little bit of a let down. The views from the window in the room were beautiful, but there was no character to our building. The breakfast staff were lovely & very attentive, the breakfast was nice and cleanliness of the room was so good.
The door latch on the toilet in our room was broken. Every single picture in the hotel was squint.
The hotel lacked any atmosphere of warmth or welcoming.
Initially on check in the lady was pleasant, took us to our room and was chatty enough- although appeared to change when told we were not staying in her establishment for dinner.
On my husband going to the bar for drinks he tried to engage in conversation with the man behind the bar, however was made to feel like his conversation & request for drinks was an inconvenience as the bar man/possible management of the hotel was too interested in another person in the bar and their discussion about his ‘Bentley’.
This is really disappointing, we chose this hotel as it appeared to be quaint and was for our special occasion of our 1st wedding anniversary.
I am only glad that we booked the theatre also as this anniversary treat would have been a ‘damp squib’ without it.
We enjoyed the comfort and style of the old building. Staff were very friendly.
Conveniently located, close to the town and walking distance to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre.
We enjoyed the Scottish charm of the decor in the main hotel areas. Everything was very clean.
Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were very good.
The bed was too soft for our liking.
A small estate hotel. Very nice design and attentive staff. The room was big enough for 3, breakfast was very good. The town centre is a 5min walk.
