The capsules are located in shared common areas, and the bathrooms are communal. They should not be considered as having a private bathroom. The only unit with a private bathroom is the suite, which also features a private terrace and an exclusive-use jacuzzi for the guests of that unit.

La ubicación es muy buena si quieres estar en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Puerto de la Cruz. El precio: una verdadera ganga. Baños limpios.
La odisea que implica abrir puertas (tanto de la habitación como de la taquilla) con las cerraduras electrónicas con código: como digo, un suplicio. El alojamiento está en zona peatonal, con lo cual no se puede llegar en coche hasta a la puerta (en cualquier caso, el tema del aparcamiento en Puerto de la Cruz se ha vuelto imposible. No es culpa del hotel, obvio, pero es bueno saberlo antes de tomar decisiones).

Très bien situé au cœur du centre ville, le personnel accueillant, sympathique et qui vous arrange, accueil tardif lors de mon arrivée avec des explications et vidéos clairs et le dernier jour j’ai pu laisser mes bagages. Un groupe WhatsApp est mis en place pour que vous puissiez recevoir chaque jour des activités à faire et à partager avec les personnes de l’auberge. De très belles rencontres, Hostel très propre que ce soit dans la capsule ou sanitaire en commun. Une cuisine à votre disposition et un superbe petit déjeuner au bar de l’auberge pour seulement 4€95 au choix. Si vous aimez faire la fête, vous êtes en plein dedans dans la rue bars et boîtes de nuit et une terrasse rooftop sur le toit de l’auberge pour en profiter mais également animer le samedi soir.
