Ci hanno salvato la vacanza
Pros:

Dopo esser scappati da un B&B a patrasso abbiamo incontrato loro.
Un hotel posizionato MAGNIFICAMENTE il personale super disponibile e soprattutto super gentili con il mio cane. Consiglio vivamente a tutti un ambiente davvero meraviglioso

After escaping from a B&B in Patras, we met them. A hotel in a wonderful location, the staff was super helpful and especially kind to my dog. I highly recommend it to everyone, it's a truly wonderful place.

Cons:

Aggiungerei solo L’Espresso nella colazione.

Perfect as a 2-3 star experience. Great for a night after being on a boat for a week.
Pros:

Location good, pool good, staff generally friendly and helpful, breakfast pretty average, room a but tired but clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was not particularly appetising.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Es ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört alle Gäste am Gang und bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen ist durch den Lärm schwierig.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή, αψογη εξυπηρέτηση και ένα πολύ φιλικό περιβάλλον

Οι χώροι του καταλύματος, είτε οι κοινόχρηστοι είτε τα δωμάτια, ήταν εξαιρετικα άνετοι. Μας άρεσε πολύ η ιδιαίτερη κυκλική μαρμάρινη σκάλα και η τοποθεσία που ήταν στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας (χωρα), ακριβώς δίπλα στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο και στην πλατεία που έκαναν πρόσφατα ανάπλαση. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν ανεπανάληπτη και είχαμε μεγάλη βεράντα να κατσουμε. Αλλά το κυριότερο από όλα, ήταν η εξαιρετική φιλοξενία που εισπράξαμε από το προσωπικό. Ταξιδέψαμε με το σκυλάκι μας και από την πρώτη στιγμή μας περίμεναν με μια ανοιχτή αγκαλιά για εκείνο. Αυτό μας καθησύχασε και μπορέσαμε να είμαστε κι εμείς πιο ανετοι κατα την διαμονή μας. Τέλος, επιλέξαμε να πάρουμε και το πρωινό μας στο ξενοδοχείο, όπου υπήρχε πλούσιο μενού με νόστιμες προτάσεις, καθαρά ελληνικό και με πολύ νόστιμα προϊόντα. Προτεινουμε σε όποιον επισκεφθεί την Λευκάδα να επιλέξει το Ionion Star Hotel για να ζήσει την γνήσια φιλοξενία του νησιου.

Good location and nice rooms but some improvements required.
Pros:

Great location and good pool and surrounds. Good view from the level 2 rooms. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Beds were very hard (good for some people though). Breakfast was bad - don’t bother. Bread old and dry, eggs all cooked at once and overdone. Limited choices.

Stylish and picturesquely situated
Pros:

Location - very convenient for all town facilities; and my room had magnificent sea/sunset view.
Spacious room, corridors, reception/lounge area.
Light, airy, spacious breakfast room with view of sun twinkling on the sea/outer port.

Cons:

Breakfast was potentially filling, but underwhelming - bread was rather dry, orange juice had Sunny Delight taste! But great if you like cake, and there was fresh fruit and some hot options.

Gedateerd hotel.
Pros:

Cons:

Zeer gedateerd. Er staat een bad in de badkamer, maar zonder badstop. Die hadden ze verwijderd, want als het bad gebruikt werd en leeg zou lopen, dan hadden ze overstroming. Dat was het antwoord van de receptie. Dus badgebruik was niet mogelijk.

Nice hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

1. Excellent location with lovely views from the hotel.
2. Very friendly staff, especially Effi who checked us in and Arris who made us nice rea one evening.

Cons:

1. We had no kettle or coffee machine in our room and were told that they couldn't bring us coffee to our room when we phoned reception early one morning. This seemed strange for a 4 star hotel.
2. Breakfast (although only €10) was slightly disappointing as there was no fruit at all on the one day we ate there and no freshly squeezed orange juice or freshly baked bread.
