Beautiful and relaxing stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Hotel has rooms within a large terrace garden with plenty of vegetation and overseeing the beautiful sights of Porto Carras and the sea. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Room was large. Excellent and beautiful and quite pool area. Staff willing to make you feel welcomed.

Cons:

Inside the room and bath it could benefit from some extra depositing space (maybe a cabinet) and a clothes hanger or coat rack.

Pros:

I am very happy with my stay. The real heaven for eyes and soul. Waking up in peace and greenery. Amazing sunsets. Good location, good food, exceptional customer service. All regards to Yannis!

Cons:

Wi-fi.
If you plan on staying in this hotel, purchase your own data as wi-fi in the room only works when there is not traffic. You can’t even make a call in busy times.
By the pool and reception signal is better.

Sehr sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderbaren Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Meer und ein unvergesslicher Sonnenuntergang der Poolbereich und auch das Essen sind einfach fantastisch. Und Jannis und seine Familie machen einen sehr sehr guten Job.

Overall, I would recommend it.
Pros:

We traveled as a group of two families with children. Our friends called in the morning to ask whether an early check-in would be possible, and we were later contacted to let us know that it could be arranged (we arrived at around 2 PM).
Most importantly, we were given suites on the ground floor, which was extremely convenient for us. It made it easy for the little ones to spend time together and gave them direct access to a grassy, car-free area right in front of our rooms.

Cons:

The shower and the bathroom overall could benefit from a few small improvements (for example, the bathroom floor tends to get flooded when using the shower).
