I had a really disappointing experience with this hotel. The first thing is that the receptionist charges me the higher sum that it was in my booking app!! I had a discount from booking for this proposal!! But receptionist just decided to charge me for their standard price and he even did not check for which price it was booked!!! So be careful here, you can be cheated by the staff. Once I asked them to clarify the reason on which I was charged more that it had to be , the receptionist started screaming at me , he was such rude and nonprofessional . This is absolutely not acceptable. But it seems it is just their culture to behave this way. Small city, nonprofessional staff who tried to cheat the only client I was that day! The room was extremely cold. The room heating was turned off centrally and it was not possible to turn on in room. The reception was closed at 8 pm, so I was not able to request additional blanket. I would recommend you to avoid this hotel at least if you do not want to be cheated and then yelled at abusive words !!! But at the end the receptionist returned the amount they tried to cheat in cash. But anyway , after all this happened- I will never again book the same hotel
