Pros:

房东是个年轻女士，非常乐于助人。我行李第二天需要寄存，她让我放在房间里，然后等晚上的时候来拿。让我感受到了格鲁吉亚人的善意。住宿干净整洁，很适合背包客或者需要全天出门玩的旅客。

Ik hou van dit soort locaties, en wordt gerund door een prima gastvrouw
Pros:

Echt in hartje centrum, veel op loopafstand, alhoewel Tiblisi een grote stad. In een mooi oud, Bertje vervallen pand, sfeervol dus, een prima kamer met alle nodige faciliteiten.

Cons:

Er was een storing in de vlotter van de wc, dus dat gaf wat geluidsoverlast, maar zou. Snel verholpen worden.

Excellent stay near rustaveli metro
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here! The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The room itself is very nice and comfortable. Everything was great and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality

Cons:

The only downside is the bathroom: without a shower tray, the water spills all over the floor every time you take a shower.

Спасибо огромное Яне за оперативность при бронировании. Комната очень уютная! Есть всё необходимое:) Расположение отличное! В комнате был даже кофе и чай, за это спасибо огромное!:) Яна всегда была на связи:)

Чисто, уютно, комфортно
Pros:

Очень понравилось гостеприимство Яны и доброжелательность. Каждый день интересовалась о том, нужно ли что-то . Яна встретила в аэропорту, была всегда на связи, писала моей дочке, чтобы не беспокоилась. Чистота всегда была в приоритете. Великолепная доступность к основным достопримечательностям, остановкам общественного транспорта, метро и магазинам. Горячая и холодная вода (напор) хорошо работали. Кондиционер добавлял комфорта в проживание. Холодильник , фен, утюг - все работало, что для меня было очень важно. Матрас был удобным для хорошего отдыха. Очень благодарна Яне за теплую атмосферу и заботу!

Geeignet für Kurztrip, sehr sauber
Pros:

Gute Lage, picobello sauber. Unser Zimmer war noch sehr viel kleiner, als die Fotos erahnen ließen, unfassbar, dass man ein komplettes Badezimmer in eine Duschkabine bauen kann. Alles ist hochwertig und recht neu, Kaffee und Tee am Wasserkocher, Seifen im Bad. Für eine Nacht zu zweit ausreichend, alleinreisend vielleicht auch für 2-3 Nächte. Wir waren zufrieden, aber nicht begeistert.

Cons:

Die Stahlhaustür knallt fürchterlich bei jeder Benutzung und befindet sich direkt neben Zimmer 1.

1. המיקום, הכי מרכזי שיש. קרוב לאוטובוסים, לתחנת מטרו.
2. חדר גדול, מקרר, ערכת קפה.
3. בעל המלון מקסימה, עוזרת בכול .דוברת אנגלית.

Cons:

1. מפאת חוסר מקום - המקלחת קצת קטנה. משהו שלא מפריע כול כך.

Хорошое расположение, близко к центру. Дружелюбный персонал, интернет хорошего качества, в номере было все что нужно, кроме бритвы. Прикольный балкончик. Хороший кондиционер.

Cons:

Ключи в обе двери нужно вставлять очень аккуратно, иначе они потом тяжело вытаскиваются. В ванной довольно долго сохнет пол.
