The palms deluxe room that we booked was clean but I honestly can't see what was deluxe about it, the room was a standard hotel room, it does have a small fridge, the room is small that it wouldn't fit a very small table and 2 chairs just the bed and a single chair as you come into the room, the window latch was broken so the window was unsecured, we had a fan in the corner of the room to help with the heat, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with a good size shower, I think that it was a lot to do with the window view as if we opened it we had the window of the next building looking in which is where they washed up everything from there restaurant which when we came back to the room during the day or early evening with all the heat we couldn't open the window up to cool down as they were looking straight in at us (the window slides up the way and the bottom is frosted and the top half is clear, which when closed the top is higher than the opposite so they can't see in) the palms is a very clean and tidy place to stay I just wish we'd had a different room during the heatwave, YES I would stay again but I think I'd phone and see which rooms are available, we've stayed in it before and had one of the sea views which the room and the view was amazing..
