Mohu doporučit, příjemný personál, čistota, hezké a klidné prostředí
Pros:

snídaně byly vždy čerstvé, pestré a velmi chutné, jídlo bylo průběžně doplňováno, výborná káva a džusy grannini, obsahovala sladkou i slanou variantu, zeleninu a ovoce.

Skvělý personál a výborná kuchyně.

Cons:

Pokoj vybaven funkčně nikoliv líbivě. Wellness bohužel nedostatečné , byl cítit odtok , potrhané lehátka k relaxaci.

Das Abendessen ist zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die junge dunkelhaarige Frau an der Rezeption, die uns auch später bedient hat, war sehr bemüht uns zu verstehen. Sie war ausgesprochen freundlich ❤️ wir sprechen leider kein Ungarisch, deswegen war es nicht leicht für sie. Das Abendessen hat uns ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt und es hat auch ob der Kreativität positiv überrascht!!! Das Frühstücksangebot ist überschaubar, aber wir waren dennoch zufrieden, denn die Rühreier waren gut.
Eine der Tropfsteinhöhlen sind sehr nah.

Cons:

Da wir dieses Haus in erster Linie wählten wegen des Wellnessbereichs und des Billardtisches, was bei booking.com angepriesen wurde wählten, waren wir etwas enttäuscht, dass es nicht möglich war diesen Bereich zu nutzen. Wenn man deswegen hier bucht sollte man es vorher checken, ob es möglich ist.
Auf der zwei Etage gibt es am Flurende eine Sitzecke-wenn sich dort Menschen treffen, die sich einfach nur unterhalten, hört man das leider auch in den Zimmern, auch wenn man, wie wir fast am anderen Ende schlafen möchte.

Skvělá lokalita, výborné jídlo, vstřícný personál.
Pros:

Hotel ma vlastní parkoviště, které se na noc zavírá. Výborná kuchyně a ochotný personál, skvělá lokalita v centru Sloupu a blízkosti jeskyní a stezky pro kola i kočárky.

Wenn man die Tropfsteinhöhlen besuchen will, liegt das Hotel super, zusätzlich war der Hotelmanager ausgesprochen hilfsbereit bei der Planung des Höhlenbesuches. Er nahm sich viel Zeit, um alles genau zu erklären. Da sehr früh los mussten, war auch ein vorverlegtes Frühstück kein Problem.Nur zum Empfehlen. Die Gastfreundschaft verdient alle Sterne!

Výnimočný pobyt, určite sa vrátime!
S pobytom sme boli maximálne spokojní. Ubytovanie bolo výborné, izby čisté, pohodlné a s kvalitnými matracmi, na ktorých sa nám skvelo spalo. Veľkým plusom bola fantastická kuchyňa – patrí veľká pochvala kuchárom za výborné jedlá. Potešilo nás aj skvelé pivo a celková úroveň gastronómie.
Majiteľ bol veľmi príjemný, ochotný a starostlivý, rovnako ako celý personál. Obsluha bola počas celého pobytu bezchybná, vždy usmiata a pripravená pomôcť.
Ocenili sme možnosť bezpečne uschovať bicykle pod kamerovým systémom, ako aj pohodlné parkovanie vo dvore. Raňajky boli pestré, chutné a každý si vedel vybrať.
Hotel môžeme s čistým svedomím odporučiť každému, kto hľadá príjemné ubytovanie v Moravskom krase. Určite sa sem radi vrátime. Veľké ďakujeme majiteľom aj celému personálu za skvelý pobyt! 😊

Prostorný pokoj, moderní vybavení, dostatek úložného prostoru, dobrá restaurace v objektu

Cons:

Nedostatek parkovacích míst, v koupelně sprchový kout nemá dveře ani zástěnu a voda stříká všude, k snídani bychom uvítali větší výběr sladkého pečiva
