We occupied a TRPB in 2nd floor. Excellent room and amenities, clean and tidy bathroom and wc and nice comfortable bed.
Pros:

It’s prime location close to key centres like a temple, TDM hall where functions take place and ample car parking opposite TDM hall. All customer ctc staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

The absence of a lift and the narrow entrance.

OK, Value for money at this budget, but also see the comments to see if it suits you
Pros:

Location and staff behaviour was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of city and it is easy to go to any place in Ernakulam from there. Restaurant is not in the same property but in an opposite building (seems sharign with another hotel) , but is OK and you just have to cross the road. Parking is also the same way. Not in the same property but in the opposite hotel wher they also have the restaurant. Though is is odd , it is not inconvenient.

Cons:

We booked a tripple bed room for 4 people., all of us above 50. There is no lift and the room was in 2nd floor. It is OK as all of us walked up, but this could be a problem for senior citizens. Also the corridor is narrow. Room appreared neat and so was the bath room. However, there was a smell typical of unused rooms. Therefore more cleanliness would have been better
