Sehr schönes Hotel, das seine besten Zeiten vorbei hat
Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, es war brüten heiß km Zimmer. Keine Personal vorhanden, außer bei der Zahlung und Schlüsselübergabe. Es wurde uns ein 3-BETTZIMMER verrechnet, obwohl wir keines hatten, doch vom Personal war bis zur Abreise keiner mehr zu sehen
Wir sollten uns 30 Minuten vor Ankunft melden. Das haben wir auf dem Motorrad übersehen. Als wir vor Ort waren, war niemand da und das Hotel verschlossen. Nach 45 Minuten kam irgendein freundlicher Herr und ließ uns ein.
Der erste Eindruck war daher eher negativ.
Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung. Die Stadt ist eher etwas laut. Da wir gern bei offenen Fenster schlafen etwas störend.
Das wichtigste schien der zu bezahlen Preis zu sein. Jedenfalls wurden wir trotz Buchung über Booking zu einem höheren Preis angesprochen.
Hotelul este modern, recent renovat, cu camere spațioase, curate și foarte confortabile. Personalul a fost amabil și atent, iar atmosfera plăcută și relaxantă. Totul a fost la superlativ, recomand cu drag!
Amazing relaxing location, modern and comfortable room, very clean. It is my second time here, in the summer they have a big and clean pool with a special area for kids. Great price!!!I recommend and will be back this summer!!

Camera spatioasa, locatia accesibila si usor de gasit
Eram în tranzit în localitate, doar ca eram deja foarte obosiți. Chiar dacă am citit alte recenzii mai slabe am ales acest hotel! Iar ceea ce am găsit nu are legătură cu ce am citit! Totul a fost minunat, curat și confortabil. Din păcate nu au mic dejun dar personalul foarte amabil ne-a recomandat o locație în apropiere unde mâncarea a fost delicioasa. Cu siguranță revenim la locație cu drag. Felicitări
Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Hotel Bellavista. Camerele sunt moderne, spațioase și foarte bine întreținute, iar curățenia este impecabilă.
Atmosfera este liniștită și elegantă, perfectă atât pentru relaxare, cât și pentru un sejur business sau evenimente speciale.
Personalul a fost amabil și atent, iar serviciile au fost peste așteptări. Recomand cu drag Hotel Bellavista!
Hotel extraordinar, nu ne-am asteptat sa gasim asa o locatie in Deta. Personal tare amabil, serviabil. Patul a fost de vis, ne-am odihnit foarte bine. Camera foarte curata si frumos amenajata.
Nu se poate servi micul dejun la locatie, dar am fost indrumati spre alte locuri din oras.
Überhaupt nicht
Es war alles katastrophal.Personal hatte keine Ahnung von irgendwas,wir mussten noch mit irgendwem telefonieren um an unsere Zimmer zu kommen.Obwohl wir in voraus gebucht und bezahlt hatten,mussten wir nochmals bar bezahlen,natürlich in rumänischer Währung da sie kein € annehmen .Selbstverständlich haben wir nochmals bezahlt und Quittung gibt es natürlich auch nicht sondern nur ein kleiner Kassenbon.
Nach langem Hin und her haben wir unsere Zimmerkarte in die Hand gedrückt bekommen und dann such dein Zimmer,wenn du weißt wo es ist,den weiteren Informationen gibt es nicht.
In Zimmer angekommen 🤦♀️ muss du anfangen zu putzen um dich ein bisschen wohler zu fühlen.
In Spiegel konntest du dich nicht sehen,so schmierig war die.
Toilettenpapier Fehlanzeige.
Lüften zu können hätte gut getan,doch leider lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen da die Klimaanlage die außer Krach nichts bringt davon angebracht wurde dass das Fenster sich nicht öffnen lässt.
Ich würde diesem Hotel auf keinen Fall nochmals Buchen oder weiterempfehlen.
Es ist einfach unverschämt 70 € zur verlangen für so ein schmuddeligeres Zimmer.
Obwohl ich die rumänische Sprache verstehe hatte ich Schwierigkeiten um klarzukommen.
Also um kurz zu sagen!!!!! Bucht diese Hotel NICHT.

Letti scomodi - con un solo cuscino morbido per dormire ed il materasso scomodissmo , Aria condizionata che non funzionava - abbiamo chiamato e ci è stato detto che deve rimanere a 25 gradi - ed il giorno dopo ci siamo svegliati con il naso e la bocca asciuta ... e sudati da morire. Non sono venuti a fare la camera ed a pulirla il giorno dopo ma ci hanno cambiato solo gli asciugamani. Terribile.
