Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccezionale. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da uno staff straordinario: tutti i ragazzi che gestiscono l’hotel sono sempre sorridenti, gentili, disponibili e incredibilmente professionali. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa dal primo all’ultimo giorno.

La struttura è bellissima, molto curata e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulita. Ogni giorno vedevamo il personale impegnato nella manutenzione e nel miglioramento degli spazi, a testimonianza dell’attenzione che dedicano ai dettagli e al benessere degli ospiti.

Le camere erano sempre perfette: ogni mattina venivano pulite con grande cura e al nostro rientro trovavamo tutto ordinato e impeccabile. Gli asciugamani e i teli venivano sostituiti quotidianamente, così come i teli mare messi a disposizione dall’hotel. Persino le ciabattine venivano cambiate regolarmente. Era presente anche un kit di benvenuto con spazzolini, oltre a shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma di un ottimo brand greco naturale, davvero eccellenti.

La colazione era ricca, varia e abbondante, con prodotti di qualità. Anche qui il personale si distingueva per cortesia, professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti.

Ciò che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la qualità del servizio. Ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta immediatamente: ci hanno fornito ferro e asse da stiro, organizzato i trasferimenti privati da e per l’aeroporto e aiutato con il noleggio dell’auto, occupandosi direttamente dei contatti e facendoci ottenere anche uno sconto. L’auto ci è stata consegnata e ritirata direttamente in hotel, senza alcuna incombenza da parte nostra.

Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo è stato quello di regalarci delle bottiglie d’acqua prima della partenza: una piccola attenzione che rappresenta perfettamente la cura e la gentilezza con cui siamo stati trattati durante tutto il soggiorno.

Ornos es una zona que tiene varios restaurantes en la playa y pides alquilar una sombrilla y tumbonas.Además hay un bus que te acerca a Chora para deleitarse con su ambiente. Por eso es tan importante la elección del hotel. Hermosas vistas ( teníamos balcon) excelente desayuno ( podías pedir del menú lo que deseabas . Sobretodo la atención de todos en la recepcion y el desayuno!!! Especialmente agradecer a Manuel y Elias....siempre dispuestos a ayudar

Le personnel est si gentil et attentionné. Un accueil au top. On se sent comme à la maison. Piscine loung. Fauteuills très confortable. Petit dejeuner génial, avec choix. Chambres spacieuses.

Ich Reise sehr sehr viel und bin jährlich in ca 20 verschiedene Hotels auf der ganzen Welt. Deshalb bin ich Geflasht das mich noch was schockieren kann. Von Sekunde eins an war hier alles perfekt.
Solche super tolle Mitarbeiter und ich meine hier jeden einzelnen! Es ist alles sehr sehr sauber. Von früh bis spät eine tolle Atmosphäre, das frühstück war grandios. Die Lage einfach Perfekt. Ich habe spontan verlängert und freue mich schon auf das nächste Jahr.
Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen tollen Fitness Raum und man hat einen eigenen Strand Zugang.

La atención fue sumamente amable y personalizada desde el primer momento. Tuvieron atenciones con nosotros porque estábamos de luna de miel. El desayuno a la carta riquísimo y de calidad. La habitación hermosa y muy cómoda, con salida a la playa. Nos encantó todo

George and Kostas greeted us with a glass of champagne and genuinely exceptional customer service. The property was immaculate and the view from our rooms was gorgeous!

It was as beautiful in person as it depicted itself on line. We were met with a welcome glass of champagne and amazing staff: Kostas and George. We would highly this place not just for the gorgeous hotel, but for the staff. As George would say: sure, why not??🤗

Upon arrival Constantino the hotel manager was welcoming and assisted me in checking into my room. He was always available to assist me with restaurant ideas and car service. George the restaurant manager was incredibly friendly and efficient. The staff were over the top service oriented. I felt like this was a home away from home with their hospitality.

Ottima posizione . I ragazzi della reception Alice, Costantino e Ilias carinissimi. Gentili e professionali come i ragazzi della colazione . La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Puoi scegliere quello che vuoi dalla carta del menu e ti viene servito in tavola. La nostra camera era bellissima con due balconi vista mare .

One of my best hotel experiences. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The room was beautiful and I was even upgraded. This is by far the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel: everything is delicious, fresh, homemade, and there is a wide variety of dishes you can freely select from the menu. The entire staff is exceptionally kind. I will return without hesitation on my next trip to Mykonos.

Отель стоит на пляже, выход через калитку. В номерах чисто, у нас был двухуровневый со своим бассейном. Внизу не много воздух не свежий, но детей это не смущало. Проблемы технического характера решались персоналом без проблем. Завтрак тоже был вкусный и до 11ч.

Very stylish, clean, great atmosphere. Incredibly helpful, pleasant and attentive personnel. It’s very rare to find a hotel like this, who makes your stay a warm memory and a wonderful experience. Breakfasts were delicious and freshly made, nicely served in a format of a la carte by always smiling and sweet staff. Housekeeping is 5 stars as well. Great location, just by the beach, with lots of restaurants and beach clubs to choose from. Thank you Adorno staff, you’re doing a fantastic job, separate thank you to Konstantinos!
