Apartament curat, spațios, elegant, bine amplasat.
1. Acces cu mașina dificil, singura cale de acces are semnul "interzis", parcarea cu plata la distanta și greu de ajuns.
2. Apartamentul este situat intr-un bloc vechi, zonele de acces neîngrijite, lift foarte mic și foarte vechi, zgomotos.
3. Apartamentul nu este accesibil persoanelor cu deficiente în deplasare deoarece liftul merge doar până la etaj 6 iar acesta se afla la etaj 7; un etaj se urca doar pe scări.
4. Din cele 3 TV uri doar cel din living are toate programele, celelalte 2 au doar câteva. Am solicitat completarea lor intr-una din camere dar nu a funcționat prea mult.
5. Micul dejun ca și celelalte mese se poate servi la o cafenea situata la aproximativ 500m, nu la parterul imobilului cum este descrisa în prezentarea de pe Booking. Reducerea este de 15% față de 20% din ofertă. Iar calitatea produselor oferite de cafeneaua partenera este cel puțin îndoielnică, servicii greoaie și total neprofesioniste.
6. Nu este asigurata unnminim de securitate în imobil, în ultima seara în jurul.orei 20.30 am găsit întins la ușa de intrare în apartament un "om al strazii" pe care l-am convins destul de greu sa ne lase ca să intram; nu a plecat de pe casa scării, doar s-a mutat câțiva metri.

Everything was great! The location is perfect, the apartments are very cozy and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Daniela.
The restaurant was also very good - tasty food and a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
The only small suggestion would be to add a shower curtain or glass cover for the bathtub, as water tends to spill onto the bathroom floor during showers.

Great location, clean and really nice check in experience (tip - go strait to the coffee place, they will help finding the checkin deak).
Can you some shelves for clothes. Otherwise has everything you need.

דירה שנמצאת בסמטה חשוכה ומוזנחת אורפית לכיכר המרכזי. בניין ישן, לא משופץ (שער ברזל חלוד). דירה משופצת ברשלנות אם שטיח מקיר לקיר שלא הבנתי מה יש מתחתיו שמרעיש . בקומה 5 הזרם באמבטיה היה חלש מאוד. לא מבינה איך קיבלו ציון כל כך גבוה. לא ממליצה.
Perfect location and the lovely terrace cafe which you get 15 % off and a coffee voucher to use once per day which is a lovely touch. Clean and cosy also nice big tv with Netflix etc.
Everything was good. We stayed 3 days and asked for towels to be changed on day 2 but I believe they forgot about it which wasn’t a big problem. When we arrived to notice that they didn’t change towels it was too late for us to go to ask again.
The personnel was very friendly and one of them showed us to our apartment. The apartment was very big for something right in the city center. There was a huge flatscreen tv. The apartment complex is in the middle of the city center, next to Piața Unirii. All the places of interest are in short walking distance and the trams stop right outside. As well as the bus to the airport. So if you like the hustle and bustle of the city, this is perfect. There is a free coffee in the restaurant or lounge downstairs, one per person for every day. As well as a good discount on dinner in the restaurant. You can also order foord from the restaurant to your room.
For the most part the apartment was great. Only the shower heads were leaking pretty badly. So half the bathroom got soaked. I mentioned this at checkout and I am sure they will fix it.
And being in the city center, the trams were pretty noisy, but that is a choice that you make when booking.
One other unexpected surprise was that some neighbours above us started renovating from 8pm till 11pm or so. It was especially a problem for our daughter that could not fall asleep. Unfortunately the building has a mix of private and holiday apartments, so the staff couldn't really do anything.
Despite these problems, it is still a great place to stay, if you like a stay in this interesting city.

Facilities were good with associated bistro and meal delivery to apartment if desired. Helpful staff and bag drop if late flight on day of departure.
For me everything was good.
Het appartement is ruim en heeft een mooi uitzicht.
Een parkeerplaats is niet gegarandeerd. De lift is aan vervanging toe.
