Pros:

I liked the hotel’s location by the sea, and I also liked the drinks station with water and hot drinks available throughout the day.
It was very helpful.

Cons:

First of all — the cleanliness was terrible!!
During all the days we stayed, we noticed that the room was not really being cleaned. Even food we had left on the balcony stayed there from the previous night!
They only made the bed and changed the trash bag, that’s all.
They also did not refill soap and shampoo unless we asked.
Even toilet paper was only refilled after we requested it.
Overall, we were really not satisfied with the cleanliness.

The second issue was that there were no activities for children.
Especially in Croatia, where there are not many things to do with kids, it would be nice to have activities.
We went several times to the kids club and found it closed. When we asked them to open it for us, they did, but there was no staff member there to entertain the children. One of the staff members even left to dance with another entertainer instead of staying with us.

Third — the food was not very good, except for the pizzas.

Fourth — during check-in, why doesn’t anyone explain what services are included for guests?
For example, the snacks, the hot drinks, and the cold drinks — why are we supposed to discover these things by ourselves?
Is the receptionist’s job only to do check-in, or is it also to take care of guests and present the hotel properly?

On the rainy day, why weren’t there any activities planned for adults or children?

Klimatyczna miejscowość blisko Dubrownika

Dobra lokalizacja, szum morza, rozległy teren, dużo atrakcji- skutery wodne, nurkowania itp. Wyżywienie b.dobre. Wieczorne koncerty na żywo w lobby oraz podczas kolacji. Dobra baza wypadowa do Dubrownika (widać Dubrownik z hotelu). Super miejscowość. Mało polskich Januszy i Sebixów...

Cons:

Średnia wiekowa dosyć duża- głównie emeryci z Francji. Animacje prawie wyłącznie po francusku- choć też po angielsku- jak były dzieci się zdarzały. Nie mogliśmy dojść do ładu z klimatyzacją- wiała chłodem nawet jak na zewnątrz było ok 18 st. (byliśmy w maju)

Misleading photos, poor upkeep and overall disappointing - I would not stay here and would recommend booking elsewhere
Pros:

Very little unfortunately. The sea view and location near the airport were convenient, but the overall experience did not match the photos or advertised standard. The images used online appear heavily edited and misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. The property felt old, tired and poorly maintained throughout.

Cons:

The hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard presented online. The rooms and communal areas felt dated, worn down and in need of major renovation. Cleanliness was below expectations, with visible signs of poor upkeep and an overall rundown atmosphere.
The marketing photos appear to use flattering editing/AI-enhanced imagery or outdated photos which do not accurately reflect the real condition of the property. This created unrealistic expectations and felt misleading upon arrival.
Reception staff were friendly however the management rather unhelpful or customer-focused. Overall the hotel felt more like a budget mass-tourism resort than the relaxing stay being advertised.
I would strongly recommend future guests research carefully and consider alternative hotels in the area, especially given the price charged compared to the actual experience provided.
