I really enjoyed my stay at King Lion Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.
The host contacted me on WhatsApp before my arrival, gave me lots of useful information about the city, and arranged a private airport transfer at a very reasonable price. I was also welcomed with a delicious Bánh Mì, and before leaving I was offered some local sweets, which was a lovely touch.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a very good mattress and everything I needed for my stay.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, the Night Market and the riverside, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, minimarkets and tailor shops nearby. The host also gave me excellent recommendations on where to eat local specialties and find good tailor shops.

The owners are both wonderful, very helpful, asking if we needed anything and providing a lunch when we left. It is also the perfect location. Will definitely stay here again when we come again
Really good shops/restaurants/bars very close by, but the property could be even better with a small coffee bar or snack bar on site.

The staff were exceptionally kind and always happy to help with local recommendations and transportation. The location is quiet yet close enough to walk to the Ancient Town. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Elke dag schone handdoeken, bed opgemaakt, water bijgevuld.
Zwembadje was lekker en ook de badlakens ideaal ook om mee te nemen naar het strand.
De eigenaren zijn oprecht hele lieve mensen.
Wij hadden een hele mooie grote kamer maar helaas het douchen in de hoge badkuip was niet zo handig.
Flower and Robert were the best hosts - they went above and beyond to make our stay in Hoi An amazing! Their staff are lovely and very helpful as well. Location was great. Overall a perfect 3 nights in Hoi An 🥹

Wat een geweldige plek! Top locatie, top faciliteiten en top mensen❤️ . Heerlijk om je terug te trekken in het Lion king hotel - in de oude stad, vlakbij alles! Het team is zo lief, goede verzorging. Hotel is heerlijk schoon en ruime kamers. Er is geen ontbijt maar dat is niet erg, want schuin tegenover is een top Ontbijt plek waar je voor een paar euro heerlijke dingen kunt kopen en daar kan zitten.
Kwartiertje van het strand met de grab, lopend de oude stad in, en op 5 minuten de BanhMi queen!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel comfortable. Family run business and you feel it. We were given a very detailed run down of the area and all the best recommendations for food and entertainment 👌🏼💯
Robert and his wife go the extra mile, always ready to help. Even gave me a fresh banh mi roll when i was waiting to check in!
