覺得服務人員，態度都很好👍，退房時忘了把2件外套帶走，清潔人員有細心發現，服務人員還特地打電話詢問我，外套要如何交給我，還好😅人還在宜蘭，行程也會再經過礁溪 ，順路去拿，真心感謝🥹福岡二號，的服務人員你們真棒👍👍👍👍👍

床太軟，不適合老人家的我😅小孩也說第一次睡到過度軟的床

環境進入時沒有煙味或粉塵，但隔天早上起床後，全身都是被咬的痕跡，不是被蚊子叮……（看照片😣）懷疑是否之前有寵物入住過……沒消毒

浴缸放水前我已經流掉一次水，沒想到第二次放水還是一層髒污，只好放第三次……

走廊超級昏暗，像是拍恐怖片，幼稚園和國中的孩子們，害怕到不敢一個人走，我也覺得色系真的很不舒服

準備要下樓check out時，走廊放了一台清潔車，但通道已經超級小，加上這台，更小了，行李等穿越過去很不方便

淋浴區洗澡時，會把浴缸踏階前和洗手台區都噴溼，地墊完全無法放浴缸的踏階前，而且浴缸牆太高，踏階太矮，沒有扶手可以扶，對於老的和小的不友善，浴室無置物架，衣服和毛巾只能先放馬桶上

小冰箱和毛巾藏在衣櫃裡，毛巾找超級久，衣櫃門沒有通風，衣櫃打開後一股冰箱的熱氣

這是我這10年第一次給這麼差的評價😡

床，展現出它的堅強韌性，鋪的白白的外觀會讓人誤認很軟.....每次坐下去的太隨性....都會有跌倒撞到屁股的感覺==
