Good food and friendly staff,but the water park access and Annex location made our stay difficult.
Pros:

The food was good, and the staff were friendly, cheerful and polite. The Turkish Night was also very enjoyable and created a great atmosphere.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the water park. It feels like they try to charge guests for almost everything. Even taking children’s bottled water into the water park is not allowed, which is very frustrating for families.
We also experienced an unpleasant attitude from some staff at the water park, similar to the treatment we received at Airport. Although the water park and hotel appear to be part of the same resort, you sometimes feel as though you are entering a completely separate facility where you are expected to spend more money.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the water park, but there is only one shuttle service per day. If you want to return to the hotel during the day, you have to rely on taxis.
Staying in the Annex building is also very inconvenient for families with young children, elderly guests, or anyone carrying bags. The walk is difficult, crossing the road can feel dangerous due to traffic, and you have to walk around 300 metres uphill to reach the main area for meals. If you are allocated a room in the Annex building, the overall experience can become quite exhausting.

We stayed for two nights, and I think that's the ideal length of stay. If you're traveling with children, the hotel offers good value thanks to the free access to the water park.

The food exceeded my expectations. There was a good selection of both Turkish and international dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. The shuttle to the water park worked well, and finding a sunbed was never a problem.

A special thank you to Viktoriia at the reception. She was genuinely welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived.

The hotel could improve its entertainment program, especially in the evenings, as bingo and karaoke may not appeal to everyone. The bar was also the weakest part of the experience. The selection of drinks and cocktails was limited, and while the male bartenders were friendly, some of the female bar staff could be more welcoming and guest-oriented.

Overall, I wouldn't choose this hotel for a long holiday, but for a 2–3 day family trip with the water park included, it's a very good choice and offers good value for money.

Was a good experience not the best though
Pros:

The staff, the cleanliness and the variety of food

Cons:

Annex room is located outside the Hotel and we had to walk everyday up and down the hill with twins buggy and a child. Also that the Aquapark is about 4 minutes drive from the hotel and NOT on the hotel territory.

Приезжаем второй год подряд. Разница огромная-еда ,напитки все ухудшилось, а цена выросла в 2раза!!!.В том году было шикарно,в этом обычная 4ка ,как и многие другие..Радует аквапарк, тем что людей в нем немного.
