Изключително мили и готини хора, прекрасно ослужвне. басейна беше много хубав, храната беше също страхотна и сипваха много щедри чаши с вино :)) Стаята и банята също не ме разочароваха и леглото беше много удобно. На 100 метра пеша до Мелник, тихо, гористо и спокойно.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait tout proche du centre pour acceder aux restaurants. Parking disponible, piscine agréable et accueil sympatique. Grandes chambres mais il manque peut etre un canapé dans la salle attenante.

Cons:

Problème de ventilation dans une salle de bain qui sentait légèrement le brûlé, aménagement très dépouillé et pas de pare douche on éclabousse toute la salle de bain.

Хотел с голям потенциал, за който трябва да се положат не малко грижи.
Pros:

Местоположението на хотела е удобно, особено когато престоя е с малки деца.
Обслужването и персонала са вежливи и любезни! Храната е много вкусна.

Cons:

Хотела има голям потенциал, но сякаш е оставен на персонала да го движат. Стаите има много какво още да се желае от към обзавеждане и уют. Доста има какво. За 4 дневен престои нито веднъж не се изхвърли боклука, който беше единствено този в тоалетната. Недопустимо е. Топлата вода в банята идваше след 5-7 мин изчакване. Нито веднъж стаята не се мина с прахосмукачка за престоя. Фасадата и общите части навън имат нужда от почистване.

На хубава локация е , има удобен паркинг , усмихнат , приветлив персонал.

Всичко е старо, чаршафа беше захабен , малко освежаване няма да е зле да се направи .
Шумно е от готвачките в кухнята , пейката им за отдих е точно под терасите и дори през деня ,когато искаш да си починеш ги чуваш .
