Da ich nach früherem Aufenthalten und Betreiberwechsel maßlos enttäuscht war, hat mir nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Kein nutzbarer Pool ( Baustelle) entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung. Knappes Frühstück, ungenießbarer Instantkaffee & Saft.

Много добро обслужване. Беше много чисто навсякъде в комплекса. Не пробвахме басейна, че не беше започнал сезона, затова лятото ще отидем пак там. Изключително сме доволни...

Pros:

Местоположението , хотела като цяло , ресторанта и най вече обслужването !

Cons:

Престоя в апортамента , намира се над ресторанта а няма звуко изолация . Позволяват се тържества с музика до ранни часове и тъкмо задпиш и в 7ч започна влачене/ подреждане на маси , а през това време става светло и тъй като пирдетата са съдрави и малко над спалнята светлината ти вади очите .
Няма почивка когато има тържества .
Не препжръчвам на хора с деца !

Храната в ресторанта. Всчико беше супер освен храната. Получихме студени супи, пърленката беше полуфабркат. Като цяло може би трябва да обърнат внимание на кухнята.

Двойка с две нощувки
Pros:

Персоналът беше много любезен. Страхотни хора с желание да се развиват в България. Храната беше вкусна, виното собствено производство. Местоположението на хотела е добро има страхотен паркинг и не се притесняваш за автомобила си, което за Мелник е отлично, тъй като градът е доста тесен и туристите са навсякъде. Стаите се нуждаят от освежаване, но не го слагам в минусите, защото хотелът се управлява от хора с много желание, внимание към гостите и амбиция да направят много за развитието на хотела и района, като цяло.

Cons:

Като минус мога да кажа, че едната вечер в ресторанта на хотела имаше частно парти с жива музика и беше доста шумно.
