Bien
Pros:

La vue depuis la chambre était fabuleuse. La localisation est aussi un point fort car pas très loin de Verbania et la petite ville en bas est vraiment très sympa à visiter.
Le restaurant pas très loin, Usignolo, a de très bons produits pour un prix raisonnable.
Il y a des équipements à la résidence comme le jacuzzi ou une table de ping pong.
Le parking est un vrai plus.

Cons:

Ce n’est qu’un détail mais nous avons eu des jours de pluie et la TV n’offre qu’un bouquet en allemand ou italien (une seule chaîne française Cnews). Peut-être songer à mettre du cast?
La cuisine n’était pas équipée de torchons, c’est dommage. Le frigo faisait également beaucoup de bruit, nous l’avons éteint car le lit est dans la même pièce. La douche était un peu petite.
La première nuit, nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit (bruit de mobiliers) jusqu’à 00h. Les deux autres ont été très calmes.
Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude le dernier soir.
Le petit déjeuner est pas mal mais personnellement je préfère le sucré au salé et le choix n’est pas pléthorique dans le sucré (pain un peu dur avec confiture, ou au choix nutella, miel ou beurre) et une viennoiserie chacun. Par contre si vous aimez le salé c’est vraiment pas mal (charcuterie, fromage etc)

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The hosts were friendly. Breakfast was great. The bar below and the restaurant (run by the family, but 1 km down the road) were exactly what we needed. There were cooking utensils in the room, but we never used them.

Cons:

My one complaint was the tiny shower, big enough for a lilliputian (like my wife), but not big enough for a full-grown adult.

Pros:

Sehr saubere Wohnung, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich in der täglichen Auswahl (es wird alles an den Tisch gebracht, kein Buffet). Besonders erwähnenswert ist in der Bar Elios die Qualität des Essens. Das erwartet man nicht von einer Bar. Dies war unser 4. Aufenthalt.
