צוות המלון היה מאד מאד אדיב. תמיד מחויך ותמיד נכון לעזור. צוות הבידור היה מעולה אמנם לא היינו עם ילדים קטנים, אבל ניכר שהם עבדו מסביב לשעון על מנת למלא לילדים את היום. גם לנו המבוגרים יחסית.. :) היתה פעילות ספורטיבית בבוקר בבריכה בצוהרי היום. בערב היתה פעילות מגוונת להורים ולילדים. היו 2 בריכות גדולות. בריכה עם מגלשות קטנות לילדים בני שנה פלוס והיה מתחם נוסף של מגלשות לילדים בוגרים עם בריכה. האוכל במהלך היום ובכל יום היה מגוון וסבבה לגמרי. תמורה שווה למחיר ששילמנו. ממליצה בחום לכל מי שמחפש מלון ע"ב הכל כלול ולא לצאת ממנו.

בחדר לא היה חיבור ל-wifi . כשיצאנו ממנו היה חיבור.

Dont go there!!!
Cons:

We have just returned from a five-day stay at this hotel. In one word: **disappointing**. In two words: **deeply disappointing**.

Based on the hotel's rating, I wasn't expecting luxury, but I did expect the basics.

If breakfast is advertised until 10:00 a.m., then at 9:30 there should still be food available. Instead, we found two cucumbers and a single piece of tomato left, with no effort to refill anything.

The pillows in both of the rooms we booked were terrible—more like pieces of fabric pretending to be pillows than actual pillows. Every bed in both rooms had the same issue.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the front desk service. Our room and our children's room were several minutes' walk apart. I asked if we could move to a smaller room with no price difference, simply so we could be closer to our children. I was brushed off with, "The hotel is full. The manager will get back to you tomorrow." How exactly the manager was supposed to contact me without asking for my name or room number is beyond me.

The water park was another frustration. It turns out that children can only use the slides from the age of six. However, if you sign a waiver, a five-year-old is allowed to use them. My daughter, who had turned six just two weeks earlier, spent most of the vacation watching her brothers enjoy the slides while she thought she wasn't allowed. No one informed us of this policy. We only found out on our last day, when a lifeguard happened to mention it.

When we arrived, nobody explained where our rooms were located. We had to wander around the property trying to find them ourselves. Unfortunately, this was thanks to the receptionist, Victoria, who was one of the worst hotel receptionists I have ever encountered.

The only bright spot was another receptionist, Eli, who sincerely apologized that nothing had been explained to us upon arrival.

Grei plass men ikke den verdien på all inklusive opphold.

Aktiviteter for barn og voksne

Cons:

Ingen utvalg av laktosefri produkter.
Når vi ba dem å få laktosefri melk, kom kjøkkensjefen ut med en kopp melk.
Dårlig merking på innhold av retter.

Badet er veldig trang.
Aircondition er bråkete.

Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back.
Pros:

Great location, staff were really nice, fantastic for the kids. The food was surprisingly good!

Cons:

A little run down, bathroom had a smell and we could hear everything in the corridor from our room due to gap in the door.

Hezký čistý hotel příjemný personál, který opravdu fungoval hlavně přes obědy a večeře. Pani uklízečky usměvavé to se opravdu vidi málo. skvělé prostředí pro rodiny s dětmi.

Анимация и наличие магазина на территории

Cons:

Отель работает не на качество, а на количество.... И это сказывается на всём: лежаков не хватает на всех, а которые есть их "умники" занимают в 7 утра, поэтому если не успели, сидите попой на бетоне под солнцем, напитки это сплошная химия, пить не возможно как алкоголь так и без. Еда обычная... ничего сверхъестественного ( не вкусно) мест в столовой тоже попробуй найди... Территория отеля очень большая поэтому людям с проблемами это будет тяжело скакать по ступенькам т.к много корпусов и они находятся далеко от ресторана . Есть анимация как днём так и вечером наверное это единственный плюс! Номера старые, в номере кроме диспенсера на стене нет ничего из гигиенических принадлежностей ( , полотенца в дырках как в номере таки на бассейне , в номере в холодильнике нет даже воды и её не приносят при уборке . Отель 3* и то с натяжкой!! Всем хорошего отдыха

Cons:

В корпусе 8 двери не закрываются автамотически, нужно закрывать ключом как с наружи так и внутри по этому все двери открыты.
Не достаточно лежаков
Решите вопрос с бронированием лежаков, все места занимают в 7 утра полотенцами
