Pros:

The services of umra grace were very good. Superb care by Mr. Nitin & had a very good attitude . Excellent service and a caring staff member can truly make a stay memorable.

Pros:

Excellent service and nice cooperation from reception staff. The cafe items were very tasty and the overall hospitality was great. Very near to railway station and ghats. The staff were helpful and value for money. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and happy stay at Haridwar.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location just about 600mts from Haridwar railway station and about 700mts from Shri Ganesh Ghat where you can have a great time bathing in River Ganga. The hotel is about 2kms from Har ki Puri where the main Ganga Aarthi happens in Haridwar. Anyone who loves walking along the banks of the river watching the sunset this hotel provides good start point. The room was spacious with supportive staff facilitating 24hr check out. The room I stayed had good clean bed, wardrobe and washroom with everything you need as a traveler provided.

Cons:

Maybe I chose a non AC room. Hence I found the ventilation a bit stifling. Had to rely on fan and kept the small window below the AC unit opened in the night.
