We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was excellent, and we enjoyed being able to access the spa facilities. Our room was spacious, and the fridge and tea making was useful.
The breakfast had a very varied choice of items.
The beach was only a few moments away.
The first room we were given was tucked away, with no view, and the constant sound of the paddle ball court. We asked if we could change room, and they gave us a much nicer room.
The evening buffet was okay, but could have been better.
There was a sign warning that sunbeds couldn't be reserved but this was not observed. The large sunbeds were always taken early in the morning.
Booking dot com did not post the correct local phone number.
The local staff blamed the lack of communication on the third party vendor, booking. Booking attempted to coordinate a reply to a request but actually did nothing the morning of check-in which caused confusion. Booking website’s communications link was off line for a long time. Unable to coordinated correction to reservation.

Fijn dat het laagbouw is. Ruime kamer met een fijne badkamer. Heerlijk zwembad. Het ligt aan de boulevard dus genoeg restaurants in de buurt.
Er waren kapotte bedjes bij het zwembad, jammer dat die niet vervangen zijn.
De ingang is lastig te vinden als je er de eerste keer komt. Parkeren is op straat, er is voldoende plek maar het betaalsysteem werkt niet geweldig. Gelukkig hielp de receptioniste met de betaal app.

Fuimos con mi pareja, sin tener ninguna expectativa. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente la tranquilidad, las instalaciones del recinto y la comida.
En en el bajo había mucha humedad en la habitación y no se secaba la ropa en el balcon tampoco por no tener sol directo.

Usytuowanie centralne - blisko plaży, restauracji, przystanku autobusowego, przy długiej promenadzie, wśród zadbane zieleni. Smaczne śniadania z proseco, duży pokoj, fajny balkon.
Me gustó el ambiente y decoración del Hotel, las habitaciones son comodas y espaciosas. El equipo de Oassium es muy amable.
Se tardan un poco en recepción con otros huéspedes, aunque también entendemos que están dedicandole tiempo a cada grupo y eso a veces tarda. El equipo de limpieza a veces habla alto en las mañanas mientras duermes.
El spa el desayuno la habitación
Todo. El personal muy amable, todo muy cómodo, realmente eso son vacaciones
Que el te matcha se cobre aparte del desayuno, hoy en día ya está muy integrado y debería entrar como el café
La terraza
Al llegar, la maneta de la puerta de la terraza estaba rota, pero se arregló enseguida
El hotel es muy bonito, en general ( mirando de lejos) y la mayoría del personal es muy agradable y amable
Pero, hay una chica que nos atendió con acento de europa del este, que nos trató muy mal e intentó deliberadamente engañarnos y mandarnos a una habitación en pésimas condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento y al lado de una calle de paso continuo de gente, cuando se especifica en la reserva (silencio y tranquilidad) alegando que no habían otras y cuando le dije que trabajo para una agencia gestora de redes sociales y que lo publicaría en cientos de perfiles, aparecieron de la nada 4 habitaciones disponibles, de las cuales todas en mal estado de mantenimiento, una olía a humedad que no se podía estar dentro, pero al final encontramos una mucho mejor que la primera para pasar la estancia
Todo! Genial hotel para estar de relax, silencio, paz… la comida super bien. Mejor el desayuno que la cena. Las bebidas se pagan aparte.
Esto de tener 3h de spa (un super spa!!) incluido es un puntazo y el día de salida también, te dejan estar en las instalaciones piscina o en el spa!
Por decir algo, la cena podrían poner cosas mas elaboradas.

Que le garage soit un peu plus loin que l'hôtel un point vraiment négatif et relativement cher
