Erwartungen wurden nicht alle erfüllt, aber grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber.
Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich, jedoch wurden am Anreisetag zu wenige Informationen weitergegeben.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer hat es zu wenig Ablagen gegeben.
Der Balkon war ohne Sichtschutz zum Nachbarzimmer.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren nicht im Haus, man musste in ein anderes Hotel, nämlich in das Hotel Restaurant Hanneshof", gehen, was nicht dezidiert in der Hotelbeschreibung angeführt war/ist. In der Beschreibung "Essen & Trinken" wird unter "Restaurants" das "Hotel Restaurant Hanneshof" angeführt. Somit nimmt man einfach an, dass in der Nähe ein Hotel Restaurant ist, wo man z.B. zum Mittagessen gehen könnte.
In der Beschreibung des Hotels unter "Ausstattung" wurde eine Sauna angeführt, diese Sauna war jedoch nicht im Haus, sondern im Freizeitpark, welcher 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt war.
Seitens der Rezeption wurde uns am Anreisetag nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir in der Tiefgarage parken können. Erst als wir nach einem Ausflug keinen Parkplatz fanden, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt.

Félpanziós ellátás keretén belül az ételek minősége, változatossága.

Cons:

Nem tudtuk, hogy a reggelit és vacsorát nem helyben, a szálláson szolgálják fel, hanem egy másik épületbe (kb.100 m) kellett átmenni. Dw, az ételek minősége kárpótolt!

A foglalássak együtt járó sonnencard számunkra szinte használhatatlan kínálattal rendelkezett, egyedül csak a helyi felvonó lehetőséget tudtuk kihasználni. Érdemes előtte utána olvasni!

Pros:

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Filzmoos verbracht und können das Hotel nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind top in Ordnung und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist super nett und ständig darum bemüht, es den Gästen recht zu machen. Wir hatten Halbpension und wurden jeden Abend mit einem 4Gänge Menü verwöhnt. Das Essen war Oberklasse. Wir können einfach nur Danke sagen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Cons:

Es gibt nullkommanix zu kritisieren.
