Nice apartment with a private little terrace and a nice restaurant next door.
We had some nice weather during our stay, but this meant it got really really hot in the apartment. Airing it out in the evening as well as the fan did little to help. The apartment could really use some AC.

Well equipped rooms and very comfortable bed very clean and lovely bathroom - all really excellent only issues was noise see next comment.
A very busy very noisy bar/restaurant downstairs. I stayed in room 2 which is directly above the kitchens Absolutely no sound proofing so you can hear every word the many staff say plus lots of noisy machines. I was staying on business and needed an early night - no chance. Also the owners had gone out and locked their two dogs in their flat adjacent - they barked and howled constantly until they returned.
However By 11.30pm all was quiet and everything was great so just go out until then - it's actually very peaceful after that time.
We were in the Garden Room, which is a short walk from the main building. This lovely studio room was spacious and cosy, with a comfortable bed and great shower. Having a personal parking space was a bonus. The location is perfect for exploring the town, although the short, but steep walk on the way back might not be for everyone.
We had an issue with the wifi, maybe due to the distance from the router? However, staff were helpful and got it sorted.
Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Room tastfully decorated and comfortable. The restuarant does really lovely breakfast, tapas and sunday roasts. The other side of the building has a bar area with a very party vibe, but no noise is heard in the rooms.
There was nothing really. Only when going out for a walk the road back to the hotel was a little bit of a challenge at our age.
The breakfast was delightful with lovely touches like chorizo in the baked beans. Also a great variety of choice.

The stairs in the Annexe need upgrading. Scruffy carpet and handrail sawn off a both ends. Not in keeping with the quality of the rest of the property.

Not much- but worth mentioning that dressing gown, slippers and iPads were available - they weren’t; just a matter of updating the description on Booking.com
Great place well situated.
Cold showers which based on the comments when they first tried to fix it (unsuccessfully) was not news. Door to room needed attention - was briefly locked in as mechanism stuck and was hard to get into. Lovely place but sort out these obvious and known issues for a not cheap stay.
Gorgeous room, super clean, lovely staff, great breakfast menu that’s a winner. Really recommended!
I would like to suggest that mini water bottles are included in the room more so to fill up the kettle in the room as it doesn’t fit under the tap.
Our mugs weren’t cleaned with the room.
But these are small over sights. The place and staff are wonderful.

The location was great! Easy access to town centre with shops and restaurants! Private parking was good!
There is a restaurant owned by the same owners which was recommended by local people. It was a shame we didn’t have the chance to try, but highly recommend everyone to pre book!

Situated on a steep hill with fast traffic and pavement on one side only.
Room cramped. Website photograph misleading - made it look bigger than the reality.
NO terrestrial television.
Biggest complaint: The "en-suite" door was glass and did not close properly so that someone sitting in the only chair (very heavy, impossible to move, and rendering the bedside table drawer unopenable) had a fine view of anyone on the lavatory.
The complimentary coffee left was de-caff only.
Bedside light impossible to read by - arty farty and uselsess.
