La piscina privata ...la gentilezza dello staff

The staff are the only positive thing about this hotel. They are all incredibly helpful and clearly take joy and pride in their job.
The hotel’s photos are very misleading and the standards applied in the exterior and interior are very inconsistent. There is nothing four star about this hotel, other than how the staff show up. The room and its amenities were very basic with super poor quality materials and basic furniture used in the rooms. To give two basic examples, the bed linens and towels were almost threadbare and there was only a shampoo in the bathroom. I have also attached the only two photos I took showing the “phone” in the bathroom which was not connected to anything and one of the torn blinds - they all were torn in our room. The air conditioning broke down a few times and we had to tolerate sleeping without it for one full night. We weren’t offered a refund and instead were offered free food. However the food at this hotel is also incredibly bad, the worst food we have had anywhere in Greece. So we had to decline this offer. Finally the hotel is very close to the airport and in line with the runway, planes fly very low over the hotel at all hours as they descend to land, starting from 5:00 AM. In general the location of this hotel is very touristy with nothing authentic nearby. I would recommend anyone with decent taste to avoid it.
la struttura è fantastica, molto accogliente e pulita. la camera, non troppo grande , ma con piscina privata è fenomenale. lo staff è meraviglioso, una menzione speciale per Emiliano che è stato favoloso, gentile e premuroso per tutta la durata del soggiorno
da migliorare senza dubbio il cibo, la colazione è discreta, c'è la possibilità di prendere qualcosa a pranzo e nel pomeriggio anche a bordo piscina con un menu abbastanza ristretto, terribile invece che non ci sia possibilità di cenare in una struttura del genere . spa con una sola ragazza (bravissima e gentile)per fare i massaggi, quindi impossibile fare massaggio di coppia.
Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse! Personalen var väldigt trevlig, de hälsade alltid och var väldigt hjälpsamma. Rummet var jättefint och välstädat. Vi älskade vår badtunna. Poolen var stor och de hade sköna solsängar som alltid var lediga. Läget var också bra, nära till restauranger, stranden och matvaruaffärer. Maten vi beställde i baren vid poolen var god. Kan verkligen rekommendera att bo här.

La piscine dans la chambre, notre chambre était prête avant 15h. Ana (je crois que c’est son nom) au pool bar, très gentille et sympathique ! Possibilité d’utiliser les douches du spa après le Check out et d’avoir pu profiter de la piscine commune qui n’était pas beaucoup fréquentée, avant notre avion qui était dans la soirée, alors top!!
Le petit déjeuner peut être à revoir…le cadre est très chic mais le petit déjeuner ne suit pas.il n’est pas mauvais mais il n’est pas excellent. Mais de manière générale c’est ok, cela n’a pas affecté notre séjour dans cet hôtel.
Every staff member was so welcoming and friendly - always checking how we were and they couldn't do enough for us. They really made the place extra special. Good choice for breakfast and lovely fresh juice. I'm gluten-intolerant and they were able to provide a really nice GF bread.
The room was lovely and having our private pool was wonderful, but the communal pool was also beautiful if you wanted a change of scenery. All areas were always sparkling clean.
The hotel was close to the beach and a very short walk to the restaurants.
We hired a car and enjoyed exploring as there wouldn't be enough for us to be only in Kalamaki for a week.
Not a complaint but it's just good to know that the evening menu is the same as the day menu, which you can have poolside or in their restaurant. It seems that most guests eat outside of the hotel in the evenings.
There's also a heated indoor pool but neither the water or the area itself was warm enough to relax in for long.
Also good to know to wear underwear / swimwear that you don't mind getting ruined if going for a massage, as the oil stained both our swimwear.
Can't be helped due to the location but planes continually fly over and VERY close and low. We found this more funny than annoying and you grow used to them in a way.
We loved the private pool with the comfortable sunbeds, the bed was comfortable and big, room was very clean, they allowed us early check in and they have prepared a honeymoo present for us. Staff was very accomodating and friendly and gave suggestion about which areas/restaurants worth visiting. There is also a thermal pool and spa treatments and they were very good.
Althouth the restaurant was nice and tidy, the breakfast menu is repeated on a daily basis and is small. The runway of the airport is nearby and there is noise from the planes however we were not bothered too much about it.
The atmosphere was very chilled and quiet, just the place for a short break.
Apart from being under the Airport flight path, which the Hotel can’t do anything about. The property was excellent and value for money.
